Quality of goods was extremely poor.
Asked for a refund but was only allowed a gift card.
I wouldn’t recommend the product, sorry.
I placed an order online and I did not want the goods so I sent them back. They issued me a gift card and did not refund me. I had to email multiple times about getting a refund and they finally agreed when I issued 14 day notice on them. But they told me it was a gesture of good will and I should check their terms and conditions. Under UK law I can return an item for no reason for a full refund. They really need to understand the law. I have reported them to trading standards for this. Also if you send something back they do not tell you when they have it. You have to chase them so make sure you keep your tracking number as they do anything they can to avoid dealing with a return. Cowboys.
Offering a discount DOES NOT change the distance selling regulations. You are legally wrong and I will be ensuring you are educated as I can see this is a common response you give customers.

Had an amazing experience with them. Bought two jeans for my husband upon my BIL’s recommendation and they have not disappointed. Love the quality and the fit. And customer service is exceptional. 100% recommended!!!!

Ordered multiple times now from this brand, and never had one issue yet. I ordered 2 pairs of the smart trousers in large, I had accidently clicked XS on one pair, company emailed me staight away asking if it was a mistake rather than just send out an L and an XS. Brilliant customer service, clothing it great quality and fast delivery. One of the few companies you can actually trust from the countless clothing companies that you see on Instagram. 👏👏👏👏

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! They refuse to refund any purchases, after making the company aware of ‘Distant Selling’ LAWS!!! Asked to raise a complaint and got “Owners extremely busy” response. Quality of clothing not as advertised and really not great hence the refund. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company.

Great fit. Great style.
The textile seems quite elastic and makes the clothes look formal, which is what I need for work.
I placed a big order and unfortunately nothing fit, but Laura made sure that I got my exchange for a better size just before I had left the country.
Great customer service and very nice clothing line.
I can't wait for the Ribbed Navy Blue pants and Charcoal Cargo pants to be available in a L size again, so I can order.

Terrible customer service
I ordered a pair of trousers after reading some good reviews. I ordered on 2nd July and was told 2-4 day delivery. I was going on holiday on 10th. On the 8th I had an email saying the parcel was out for delivery so waited in all day to receive nothing.
I went away and when I returned I saw an email saying it was delivered on the 11th.
It was left on the street outside my partners flat, not even with a neighbour or in our communal area. It has gone missing.
Their terrible customer service have now told me I have the responsibility to make sure I’m there to take delivery. What a cheek when I know by consumer law that they have the responsibility to ensure my parcel gets to me or an agreed safe place, and the street is not an agreed safe place.
I know this could be Evri’s fault but the customer service is terrible with this attitude.
If I do receive a replacement I will update this review but the customer service is awful
UPDATE 31/07/2025
Following this review I received further correspondence from Laura (Sulfit) to say they will agree to sending out a replacement item but through signed delivery by Royal Mail.
I don’t see why more companies don’t use Royal Mail, Evri are a terrible company and so many people have complaints about their services. Evri have more than likely opened up a can of words with my experience here.
The item did get slightly delayed but it arrived and there are no concerns or complaints. The clothing looks exactly as it does online in photographs and I’m looking forward to taking a them on my next holiday.
I have however left the details from my original review as I still feel the customer service of this small company is unsatisfactory. Maybe they are outgrowing their customer service and require a more professional service as the clothing deserves.
3 stars for overall service but could have been 5* if the customer service was better

Sent back a return, didnt get the money, just a gift card. Every week i go on to the site to use the gift card but everything i click into that i want isnt in my size (large, 36R for jeans) new stock needs updated
