We have lived in a Sulets property for 2 years now, and we have always been highly satisfied with their services. Our home was in exceptional condition when we moved in, and every maintenance issue report was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Living in a premium property, we were entitled a number of free cleans per year and the cleaners always went above and beyond. This year, Emma Godsell has been our new property manager and she has been great. She has always replied very quickly to queries and maintenance issue reports, and made sure that we always had all the information we could need about our property. Overall, I would highly recommend Sulets.

The team, in particular Joshua, was really helpful and informative with any questions I had, responds quickly and overall really nice.

I have been staying with sulets accomodation for a while now and I must say it’s one of the best accomodations I have stayed so far, I really appreciate the way they tackle any complaints and go to that exta mile to solve it.
A special thanks to my property manager Joshua Finlay who as been helpful, friendly and very responsive to solve any problems that we have and would definitely recommend for students and have zero complaints about them

Living with sulets for the last two years has been OK. Issues out of their control have taken place and they’ve been mostly cooperative with us. Emma, our property manager has always been very receptive of our complaints, really appreciate her!

Really good accommodation for students. Easy access to my university and many different places. Reception available 24 hour for any help and emergency which has been really helpful for me. And they do focus on their maintenance on time and also inform us before any changes are done . Having really good time in my accomodation.

My experience was great from the different people I was able to encounter in my flat, the people at the reception desk are always quick to attend to your needs and are there for a quick chat if you need some and they are also quick in maintenance procedures. They simply carry out duties as soon as possible and the wifi there is stable, they have a good laundry service and it's free as well. The home comes with good equipment in both the kitchen and toilets. My time at Regents Court has been nice and will be one to remember.

Emma Godsell was brilliant when we needed help to book our 3 bed flat! She was always answering on time and ready to help. Everything went smoothly with Emma’s help! Would recommend Sulets.

Mould and damp in the walls, neighbors that are not necessarily hygienic but I can understand. I do like the security and the lovely nature of the staff

Sulets are nice enough when you talk to them but they have absolutely no sense of urgency - I got a skin infection from black mould in my room and they left it a month before they did anything, and even that was only with extra prompting. We recently lost power in our house (no plug sockets, heating or hot water) and because it happened in the afternoon, they left us overnight without even being able to charge our phones or take a shower. Having said they would send someone 'first thing in the morning', they finally got back to us at 12pm the next day. Likewise we had to chase them for months about issues with our boiler. It's a shame because the house is nice enough and they do get things done eventually but it's pretty clear they don't care how long you suffer for and you have to constantly hassle them if you want anything to happen.

Lots of problems in the flat and among numerous phone calls and emails still no response to fixing anything.

If they can help me a mature student with a child with additional needs find suitable accommodation then I'm sure then can do so for others. Highly recommend. I am very grateful and happy with their service.

Emma, Jake and the team worked tirelessly to resolve some complex issues my son faced while at university and needed support. They responded quickly to my emails and when we needed help regarding his accommodation they gave it. I would recommend Sulets to both students and parents when looking for accommodation as they really are interested in making the whole experience of that move away from home as straightforward and supportive as possible. This is not a business out purely to make money, from my experience they really are interested in the wellbeing of their tenants.

Jake has made finding new accommodation a smooth and easy process.

All the staff are very helpful especially Emma G has been fantastic. Always very helpful. Calls are returned promptly and always gives good advice when needed.
