Emma G was fantastic. She was knowledgeable, helpful and persistent! She knew the asset well, had good relationships with the managers and made useful recommendations. There was a bit of to and fro but she kept me well informed throughout and I am pleased with the outcome for my son. Thank you.

We had this lovely woman named Emma helping us out as we wanted to do a group booking for a flat. She’s very good at communicating with students and is very good at explaining things and being clear. We had a wonderful experience with her as she helped us with everything happily.

I found Ruta & colleagues very accommodating when I was looking for studio accommodation but did not have much availability to view. Ultimately I have viewed and signed for a great deal on a central studio in the city.

Having lived in uni accom for first year, looked for private accommodation for next year. Found a place on sulets, got a viewing very quickly and paid deposits. Key collection was also very quick and the house had been deeply cleaned (except one room). Any time that there has been an issue in the house e.g. a leak, response times from sulets have been near instant and the issue has been sorted within the next 1-2 days. We have used them for our 3 years accommodation too and hopefully they will keep providing a great service. Thank you.

I have been using Sulets to let my private HMO properties to university students since 2014. I have always been pleased with their level of service. During 2024 Sulets have provided regular free webinars offering advice about the impending major changes to existing Landlord & Tenant legislation to be introduced in 2025. The webinars have explained the effect of the proposed changes and the options available for private landlords of student HMO's. This extra service over and above their usual 'letting's agent services' has been exceptionally helpful.

Sulets are a competent letting agent for students in Leicester. They are ideally situated to attract the student population in the city. They do all the activities needed by the Landlord.

Emma was very helpful with me finding the right accommodation, she went above and beyond, her service was amazing.

Poor communication overall. We went through 3 different agents before we found our place. No help sorting out utilities/internet. Seemingly two totally different ways to submit a deposit, neither explained clearly. I don’t know if they’re understaffed, overworked or just lazy, regardless they’re bad and I wish our landlord didn’t use them. I’ve put in more work getting everything sorted than Sulets has.

Several issues highlighted at Upperton road - at first staff paid lip service to promising repairs would happen, but then absolutely no reply to emails sent - escalated to the main office, again initial email reply but then nothing - absolutely disgraceful treatment of students and an utter contempt of any issues raised.

I had the pleasure of working with Emma Godsell during my search for a three-bedroom flat, and her assistance was invaluable. It’s hard and taken a long time to get back your deposit. This is very wrong. People need their money to do stuff and plan. Putting in long process to give back deposit is not good.

Ruta worked very diligently and conscientiously and secured my let for me - she delivers first-class customer service and is a problem solver, should the need arise.
