Confused customer support
I ordered 2 hoodies(same style, just different sizes and color) from them. The quality is actually pretty good, I see people say that shipping is slow, it wasn't the case for me. But i did have an issue- print on one of the items was not correct and I reached out to the customer support about exchange. On their website in Refund&Return policy they say that item can be exchanged if defective, which was the case for my order. Been emailing back and forth for multiple days, they offered to keep the defective one and a discount if i order more products from them. I literally just wanted to send back the defective hoodie and receive a new one, they for some reason kept talking about refunding and that it's hard to return to the warehouse, offer higher discount on new items 🫠 They were pretty active, but not very helpful with my actual request. My husband said to just leave it alone as it didn't seem like they understood what I was asking from them.
