Visited the Braehead store on Sunday, the female assistant was extremely helpful and attentive, she listened to what we were looking for and ensured we got the suit we wanted for my sons wedding in Las Vegas, will definitely return, first class service

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.. They lure you in with cheaper prices but because their based abroad post & packaging costs are ridiculous & if there’s an issue with your order on their end they don’t cover the cost & if you have to return an item you get stung with an even bigger duty tax.. I paid £210 for a jumper & when I sent it back iv received £120 back its a complete scam.. JUST AVOID

Online is bad! I have a missing parcel that Evri has not delivered and still says its not delivered, but after 7 days of me messaging ( as no direct phone number) I keep being told to wait 24hrs for a response. I've waited 7 days and still no parcel and no response or refund despite me messaging twice a day!

Visited the Merry Hill store 3 times In 2 weeks.
Met Derek Initially who was very helpful with my choices.
Met Joey on the 2nd visit, though we didn't interact much as he was busy with another customer.
On the 3rd visit, I met the full gang of Derek, Joey and Tracey.
They were very patient, made lovely suggestions and provided options. Joey pleasantly schooled me on suit etiquette, specifically trouser-length style!
In the end, I bought 2 sets of lovely 3-piece suits.
Tracey was very helpful with arranging an online purchase and delivery to my mate halway across the country which arrived in 2 days!

The shop has an exciting range and a lovely staff and I'll definitely return. I've got my eyes on a pair of shoes!

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Suit Direct in Stratford Westfield, and I must commend Mr. Rubel, the Assistant Manager, for his exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, Mr. Rubel made me feel welcomed and valued. His professional demeanor and in-depth knowledge of the store's product range were immediately apparent.

Mr. Rubel took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, offering tailored recommendations that perfectly matched my style and budget. Really good service provided Rayaan (apologies if the spelling is wrong) from the Stratford/Westfield shop. Polite, professional and attentive to my suit and accessories requirements. I did not put a 5-star despite the excellent customer advise as my suit required to be altered twice whilst I was in quite a rush to get it ready on a fast-track basis. The timeline for the alteration was however completed on a very much welcomed accelerated basis. I would recommend to any friends and/or acquaintances to go to SuitDirect Stratford for their suits needs

Excellent service by the salesman in High Wycombe store. Attentive, polite, helpful and friendly. Really helpful in finding my son a great suit for his prom! Highly recommended

Appalling customer service!

I bought 2 items, a waistcoat and trousers, both were to small. I returned both items and they offered a "partial refund" as they said the trousers had been worn. I did not wear them.
The tag sapped off as I was repackaging them, so I simply put it in the pocket. I advised customer service "Carron" of this, who then copy and pasted info about the "tag being removed" policy does not allow refunds.

Absolute scam. They now tell me the (£54) trousers are being returned to me. I have no use for them as I purchased elsewhere . I will not accept delivery but Carron advised there would be no refund regardless. I requested they escalate to management.

My advice, got to a store!

MANAGEMENT, If you are reading this, check your policy and hire people who actually listen and don't just "copy and paste" into response emails.

My husband to be shopped at Suits Direct, Stratford, with his best man and my dad. They had a fantastic experience with Kully, who in my H2B words was 'knowledgable, friendly and calming' clothing shopping isnt his favourite thing to do, but the experience was a positive one and he has even said he will go back again when he needs a new suit.
The Range they have is brilliant and the products are a good quality but affordable! Definetly recomend this store to anyone looking for a suit for any occasion!
I collected his suit, Kully was the man I saw and I agree, he is an asset to the store.

Wisky the sales assistant at the Bristol Cribbs Causeway branch was extremely helpful and spent a lot of time making sure that my suit fitted perfectly. Would definately recomend this branch if you want a good quality suit sold with excellent service.

The level of customer service was disappointing. My visit to the Birmingham branch today felt like a scene straight out of The Fast Show. I found the attitude of the staff member I interacted with to be unnecessarily snooty, as if they were dealing in luxury, personally tailored designer products. This individual's sense of self-worth needs to be grounded. It would be better if they put more emphasis on offering top-notch customer service and getting the basics of their role right. Given the current climate where many businesses are closing, I would advise business owners to take into consideration the potential impact on their brand image and operational future due to such negative encounters with staff. Based on my experience today, I won't be purchasing a suit from there again.

Visited Merry Hill store today to get my son fitted for his Prom suit, Derek was extremely friendly and helpful, really knew his stuff and made my son feel very at ease and relaxed.

I went into their Leicester store to get my son a prom suit with no idea beyond colour he wanted. Mohammed helped us he was great clearly an expert at what he does. He was also really friendly and helpful - couldn’t ask for more and I came out with a lovely well fitting suit, shirt and tie for my son!

Needed a last minute waistcoat and was sent the wrong size. As it was the wrong size and I paid next day delivery I expected to get a full refund with postage. How wrong was I? So I won't ever use these again.

Called in to SD Cribbs Causeway, Bristol on off-chance to find an emergency suit. Was served by Anna, who was simply excellent; friendly, professional and very helpful. Employee of the Month as far as I’m concerned. All good!

Recently went to suit direct West Quay, Southampton. Had the most helpful saleswoman, she knew exactly what would look good on my son, what size he needed and gave advice about the sleeve length etc. Wasn't expecting to come away with a suit as he was the lower end of sizing but was very pleased with his purchase. Lovely quality suit too.

I ordered a Boss suit on the 29th April for my husbands birthday in the first week of May, the suit has still not arrived and i have been given no date as to when it will arrive. Customer service is not proactive, i'm chasing them all the time and asking after the item. Terrible service.
