Lulu in the Kingston Store was so lovely and helpful. I took my son in for his prom suit and she was so patient even though she was really busy . Lovely suit which we ordered with her and it came within 3 working days

Ordered a suit online for £260, had no email through to confirm the order yet the money has come out of my account.

Tried to contact them but there is no telephone number whatsoever. Emailed them, used the chat service on the website but no one ever replied. I’m on day 4 of waiting for an email response but still nothing.

I’ve even called one of the stores near me to ask for a contact number to which they said ‘we don’t have any contact numbers for head office’ which I find hard to believe. Even the person I spoke to on the phone said other people haven’t received emails either.

Appalling customer service. Sort out your customer service, sort out your instant chat as it’s non existent. And sort your emails to customers out so they’re not left in the lurch about their orders.

Awful experience with Suit Direct and Carron from Customer Service. Emailed within 30 days to ask for a return of one of the two suits I ordered. They will not honour the return because I did not use the returns portal !!

Have trouble getting a suit off the peg if your taller than average not a problem at Suit Direct Monument Newcastle !
Louise sorted it out and offered tailoring it get the fit bang on highly recommend.

Went in today and lucky it was thelast day of sale. We trued different suits on and we were told if the trousers needed altering they can do that. I was also told well what I believed I was told that they could have my items if I needed to order anything sent to my address or in store Free of charge. We needed to order the trousers and I said to be delivered to my home address, no problem. We paid fir the items and off we go. I check my email receipt to see they charge for home delivery so the young lady didn't give clear information about delivery. Will learn from this if i ever have to buy a suit again

I went into Suit Direct, at their Merry Hill firm. I had impeccable customer service from Derek. From the moment i walk in there, he was extremely helpful. I was looking for a prom suit, and the service he offered me definitely persuaded me to buy a suit from there. He allowed me to try the suit on, as well as a tie and shirt, to show how the suit would actually look. I highly recommend, thankyou.

Very disappointed in this company the customers is below disgusting I have had several issue with them over one simple replacement… they give missed information and when you correct them they cut the call never to call back what kind of business is that ???? I’ve been asking to talk to the manager and they keep refusing me

Shopping at the Metrocentre store with my Dad and he received such kind and considerate service - sales advisor took his time with us and had excellent knowledge of the shapes and sizes that would be best suited to my Dad

Awful customer service and will not let me to return a product that they sent in the wrong size

Was dealing with Abs who provided me with amazing customer service. Treated me well and also took care of my experience at suit direct in Birmingham town centre. Due to the suit being unsuitable for the occasion and also looked worn.. I came back the next day with my receipt to return the item. I was dealt by another person who didn’t look like they wanted to be helpful and told me if I return the suit they’ll lose out on £125 when the mark on the suit which they claim I done was clearly an issue from their side. All tags and stuff were included and refused to deal with my situation. Really treated me unfairly and as a professional business selling in such industry nobody should be treated in such way. Anyone who shops here should visit slaters right opposite if you want bound for you buck.

We visited the Southampton store on Sunday to get a suit for "the prom" for my 15-year-old son. I just wanted to publicly shout out to say thank you to Sharon for all her help.

We visited Clark’s VIllage suits direct, looking for 7 suits for our wedding, was advised to go back in a couple months due to new colours being released for summertime . Visited Clark’s new shop where Wayne and Peter helped us, very professional and efficient, they knew their job inside out. The price range was good and would recommend going there, the guys made us feel at ease.

Really great service from one of the team in the Westfields, Stratford store. After storming out of Mos bros after a really terrible experience I decided to check the suits direct store out. I was greeted and served by a really helpful guy and he was very patient after I tried a few suits on. He had my measurements for the correct size suit and I walked out the store with exactly what I wanted.

The Mall cribs bristol. Excellent service from Whisky nothing was too much trouble,even going to get a pair of shoes so the alterations to the trousers were right. Would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a new suit.

Today we went to the Bridgend McAthurglen store, where we were greeted so warmly by a sales person and to be honest “suit whisperer” called Nigel. He was so knowledgeable and helped my partner pick out his wedding suit. When spending a lot of money, you expect a good service, and boy did Nigel provide that! Such a lovely person, who spent time with us to find the right fit! Couldn’t recommend enough, even though a bossy woman who worked there was trying to divert his attention, because the store was busy, Nigel made us feel like we were the only ones in the store! 10/10 service.

Booked at appointment at the Shepherds Bush store for 9AM for a group of 9 to get measured for wedding suits. Was very disappointed as it transpired that they didn’t open until 10AM. Was not best pleased with this. However, Hamza turned up to open the shop and was incredibly apologetic. He opened up early as we’d been waiting for quite a while, asked what we were looking for and gave us his recommendations. His service was 10/10. Thank you Hamza!

I spent around an hour and a half in the shop choosing a three piece suit, eventually it became clear that the suit and size I wanted needed to be ordered in, I paid in full together with payment for next day delivery, I received the confirmation email and noticed that the waistcoat size had been changed from what was ordered, to then be told they no longer stocked that size, then whilst waiting for the suit the next morning I received an email stating that they no longer had any of the suit in stock and would refund my money, you would think when the assistant ordered the items that he would be informed that they were not in stock before he took full payment.
