From carpet selection and advice, to borrowing samples, meauring up, fitting and after-sales support - all excellent!

The whole team at Suffolk Carpet Weavers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. They provide a great service from recommending carpets, providing samples, delivery and fitting. Over the last few years I have recarpetted all our public areas, some 20 bedrooms and fitted wooden floors. I have tried other providers but always ran into issues.
I can't recommend them highly enough - You will be in safe hands!

Excellent carpet company. Professional advice and friendly service. We had many samples to play with and chose our carpet. Quick delivery and excellent fitting. We also had some bespoke woodwork done too.

When carpeting a complete house knowledgeable guidance is especially important and that’s exactly what you get throughout the whole process, from choice of weave weft and colour to measuring and fitting.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I was given an obligation free quote and measure from John, and I then continued talking to Teresa throughout the ordering process, both were incredibly knowledagble and helpful. On the day of fitting, Luke arrived and did a phenomenal job. There was a slight issue noticed after he left due to a small area of subfloor that had some stubborn leftover adhesive from the previous flooring, however SCW had him back out at 8 the following Monday (issue was noticed Thursday) and this was resolved in 10 minutes. I have absolutely zero doubt that when I move to my next property and inevitably need flooring, I will be in touch again.

Suffolk Weaver recently fitted and re-cut carpets on my motorboat. The work was carried out in a very professional manner on the time and date agreed. I can highly recommend their service and workmanship.

Simply the Best! This company is exactly how I would like everything we need to do in life to be. At first When I saw ‘bespoke’ on website I thought they were going to be too expensive, but it couldn't be further from the truth. They had a far bigger range for all budgets than any I have ever seen at the more well known big carpet retailers, and without a doubt we could not have found better advice and more knowledgable, experienced professionals in carpets anywhere, and the end result is just beautiful! This is the second carpet we've purchased from SCW and we were as pleased as ever.

The sale discussion and ordering was sinple, measurments were prompt and we were fit in to the earliest possible slot for fitting - just over a week later.

The fitter was prompt, tidy and has done an excellent job. We havent got anything negative to day and will continue to use them in the future.

Appreciate your recent help replacing my carpets in a hurry following a bit of water damage.

They came and measured up for the room for the new carpet, as arranged, gave advice regarding the type of underlay, etc., as the room has underfloor heating and agreed a date for the fitter to come. The carpet fitter arrived as agreed and fitted the underlay and carpet, including a join as agreed previously, as well as clearing up afterwards. All of it was done very efficiently, including taking away the old underlay and carpet. The fitter also took away what remained of the new carpet and arranged for two foot mats to be made.

Pre-sales advice, measurement, product and fitting were all faultless. We're very pleased, and will return.
