They arrived quicker than i expected

It took over a month to receive the product. When I received it, it was way too small. Too much trouble to return it for a better size

Can I get a refund? Please? Thank you!

I never received the package I was told was delivered. The USPS tracking number isn't legit. I went to 2 different locations to verify. I'm asking for replacement or money back. To be continued.........

The white shorts for small. I couldn't even put them on. Also they wouldn't let me return them just offered me $8 for them :(

The updates they sent every step of the way. Unfortunately the suit does not fit, which is sad because I really like it.

It took longer than I expected to receive the order, but I did appreciate receiving frequent shipping updates. It arrived neatly packaged in perfect condition. The hat itself is very cute, but I have a small head and I had to adjust it quite a bit. The straw itself was poking out of the inside at the top and sticking my scalp, but I just trimmed it down and sealed it so it wouldn’t unravel. It provides just the right coverage for me, and I can easily fold it up and put it in my bag or even a pocket.

The bag did not decrease as expected. It is a quality bag. I did decide to use it to store some blankets, but disappointed that it did not shrink as expected.

I was very disappointed with the way my hat was shipped. I know it is supposed to be able to fold, but my hat was folded so tight I can't get it to shape right. I was really looking forward to wearing my hat. Such a disappointment.

Love the flags, but the packaging should be a little better. Two of the flags, the ones on the ends of the stack (I ordered five) were bent at the corners. I wasn’t able to straighten them out properly because the flag at the corners came away from the magnet, just enough to make it curl.
Otherwise, I love the design and the magnet is nice and strong.

I waited so long i thought it would never come. Also I had to get an adapter to make it work. maybe china parts measurements are different.

The bags are VERY DIFFICULT to zip! The “zippers”, if you will, were not on the bags, however when I placed them onto the bags, they still didn’t work, so that meant that I had to manually try to zip the bags. They are VERY DIFFICULT to place on the tracks, therefore nearly impossible to close!

First I ordered 1 hat. Two are shown, one light, one a deeper tan. I ordered the lighter color.It looked like my PayPal didn’t go through so I repeated the process. My confirmation showed two hats were ordered from two different places. I felt betrayed then. One coming from Finland, the other from Italy?? When they arrived a day apart, they both were the deeper color. I was also charged two different shipping charges. How can this be right? Both were shipped here from New Jersey USA

I didn't realize what a cheap piece of plastic I was waiting for since May 17. I think daily tracking notices that all said the same thing, in transit, not coming from US site, customs-ridiculous. Most items that are considered exercise equipment usually have some sort of instruction with them, or at least a link to the site. As this site seems to be more like a Temu site, it was very difficult to actually go back and find the advertising that caught my eye. I can use the device, at least until it breaks, which, based on my first try at using it, seems like it won't be very long. Lesson learned,

Cheap was not what I expected too short and light weight want hold anything this was a ripoff.
