If could give 0 stars I would. Ordered a transfer case that said complete, diagram showed it, it shipped and received, then was ONLY the case, no bearings, nothing. Called to return, they said "We can't return it because it has electronic sensors." Explained it was the case only and finally got a RMA#. When returned, they charged a restocking fee and the complete moron on the phone said, "what was shipped was the replacement part and doesn't include everything." THEIR OWN PEOPLE THOUGHT IT WAS COMPLETE WHEN TRYING TO GET A RMA#. Absolutely the WORST customer service ever.

Quick delivery and saved much more than purchasing from the dealer for the same exact part.

The o rings I ordered were the wrong size.

OEM quality parts for great prices. Aftermarket works OK for many things but sometimes OEM is the best choice (thermostats, etc.)

Very easy to identify the parts I needed for my car. Competitive prices, too. I have two suggestions: One, make sure the images in the listing match the item. Two, you may want to clarify how many items come in a package. I mistakenly ordered one item when I needed two, thinking "required: 2" meant I was required to buy two. My fault!

TLDR: I am very happy with the parts I received and the price I paid. I think the website experience could be a bit more clear.

Purchased an OEM fuel tank cap for a Forester which functioned as intended.
Unfortunately, I cannot login to SubaruPartsDeal.com with the email address which TrustPilot used to send the email requesting this "opinion"/survey.
It would be troubling if the account created to purchase the part was deleted.
Created an account today with the same email.

Everything fit and worked. Like replacement parts should 😋
