I absolutely love my handmade wedding ring. It is beautifully crafted, unique and exactly what I hoped for. The quality and attention to detail are exceptional, and knowing it was handmade makes it feel even more special. It is something I will treasure forever. Thank you so much!

Suay is a fantastic company. I have ordered several items over last few years and have been thrilled with the results. Any queries I have raised have been responded to very quickly and the delivery time is great. Ican't recommend them highly enough and will certainly be buying from them again.

Wow my husbands wedding band is gorgeous, and the customer service is amazing. We decided to throw in a house move, just before getting married and things got a bit crazy, I ordered the ring and somehow didnt register at the time that it would take 3 to 4 weeks, my error. I emailed as we didn't have 3 to 4 weeks. Kate came to the rescue and the next day we had test rings to try to ensure we had the right size, and we had the ring with a few days to spare. Thanks again Kate. Ann ♥️

If you're reading this review, you've definitely come to the right place. From start to finish, Suay provided an exceptional experience and truly exceeded our expectations. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted and transformed our ideas into the most beautiful engagement rings we could have imagined.

Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and professionalism were outstanding throughout the entire process. The rings are absolutely perfect and even more stunning than we had envisioned. The level of customer service was second to none – friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our dream rings a reality.

We couldn't be happier with the final result and would highly recommend Suay to anyone looking for bespoke jewellery and a five-star experience. Thank you for creating rings that we will cherish for a lifetime!

With sincere thanks,

Mario & Sima

Our experience with Suay was excellent from start to finish. My wife wanted to get me a special ring to celebrate my 60th birthday and our 25years of marriage, so looked at the Suay site. It was very easy to navigate and once I had chosen the ring, the metal I wanted it make from and the inscription I wanted on the inside of the ring, we placed the order. Before the order was confirmed we received some sizer rings to use to be sure that our chosen size was correct. As it turns out this was important as the size I had chosen was not correct. This saved us ending up with a ring that was no returnable and therefore a waste of money. This kind of attention to detail is rare today and because of little things like this the service we received was excellent and delivery was within the specified time. We are very pleased with the end result and would highly recommend Suay and will use them again.

Fantastic Customer Service. Couldn’t be more helpful. Five stars!

Amazing customer service. The original leather necklace I received had a faulty clasp and kept falling off, but after contacting them, they responded quickly and offered several options to resolve the issue. Within a week, I received a replacement, which is now working perfectly. I really appreciated their prompt communication and helpful suggestions. Couldn’t fault them would definitely order again!

Excellent products delivered swiftly

I have ordered a few times and also purchased at a festival. Always great customer service and the products are fab!

Would give more than 5* if I could!

From my initial enquiry to receiving the bracelet, this small, family company could not do enough in the way of service.
Super helpful and patient with my questions and then I received a beautiful gift for my husband.
Absolutely recommend Suay.

Definitely buy from here! We planned an elopement with only 4weeks. Kate and the team went out of their way to ensure the ring was made on time. We had numerous issues with Royal Mail (no fault of Suay) and they sent out further adjustment ring samples so we could have the ring ready for the date. Not only that, the ring is beautiful. Caused lots of tears on the morning as they have my husbands late mother's ashes in the band. Wish I was able to post a photo. Thank you so much Suay xx

Excellent customer service, beautiful silver ring delivered in 2 days, can not fault this company, will definitely purchase again, quality and quickness on delivery,

I’m having a registry wedding in October and a ceremony wedding in Greece in August, where the rings will be exchanged.
For October, we want to exchange gifts other than rings, and Suay Design had a perfect bracelet for me, and the fingerprint idea is something I’ve never seen before
The cost was competitive for what I asked for.
The process to get your fingerprint is easy to navigate.
I was worried about the size I had chosen, so when I emailed them, the communication from Suay was perfect to help out my mind at easy.
It was delivered in a few days and packaged well to protect the bracelet
The professionalism of the fingerprint, the engraving and the product is so true professionalism, and I would recommend Suay, and most likely I will be a repeat customer

From start to finish, the experience has been exceptional. The craftsmanship is flawless – the contrast between the titanium and platinum is both elegant and striking, and the fit is perfect. It’s clear that a lot of care and expertise went into making this ring, and I couldn’t be more impressed.

I wanted something different to the standard gold band & this ring is bang on.

I will definitely recommend you guys to others.

Delighted Having looked at a number of websites it was easy to decide on Suay. Clear and no doubt at to the product and service available.
I made an incorrect instruction on engraving but immediately altered it but was Kate who doubled checked my details twice. This was very reassuring.
