Ordering ease and product quality is great. Prices run a bit higher than the norm, however. I was also charged an extra $8 for reasons unknown, which is a bit troublesome. Also, ordering over $1k worth of product and not receiving free shipping is poor form.

Fast delivery and great quality ,will definitely be buying more .

Suaway has an extraordinary range of products, therefore I no longer use any other vendor anymore.
Orders are packaged and handled with great care, and shipped very fast.
I can recommend Suaway without any hesitation.

One of the few companies offering actual doses per 1 or 2 prays, instead of selling something with a clinical dose recquireing the entire bottle.

It IS more expensive on an McG per McG basis in most cases, but who wants to spray 30x of a peptide twice a day.

One problem I have with all these stores is the selling of structures that are to heavy and dence (Daltons/molecular density) to be absorbed by the mucosal lining.

Some as low as 5 to 30 percent bioavailability nasal vs SubQ close to a hundred at a lower price.... Just don't sell a nasal mist version OR as with other stores oral version which such a long peptide structure it will be broken down in the stomach.(bpc acetate as an example, you need arginate for better oral bioavailability and SNAC for even better and longer absorbtion and blood stability)

So without access to better. A must. But if you have compounding pharmacie like in the US. Save your money.

Well, to start of my review - I want to inform that I have deleted my previous review that was related mostly to the email that they didn't respond to twice. For the explanation, they found my mail in spam folder and they just couldn't find it. After addressing it on Trustpilot, they immediately gave an answer. I had many questions, I did detailed research, but I had hard time deciding whether to order few products from this vendor. Finally, I made my mind and decided to give them a try.

I want to keep my review very detailed, as I suppose many could use some of the information (you can expect a very long wall of text) - as for now, we don't have many European vendors, so we have to choose carefully who to trust as we want the products to be legit and not some fake and cheap ones.

The email that I sent to them was rather important (content of it), as it would explain some of the things and inaccuracies that I will later mention about. So back to it:

- As for the 1st thing that I found suspicious --> POTENTIAL fake reviews. Many accounts could be found with positive opinions about Suaway. Their accounts were freshly created with no comments at all. They were posted quite a long ago, but they are still there. As a side note, you can find one comment with decent amount of upvotes relating to that Suaway products gave nothing but a headache. In that case, support responded to me that they know this guy and the reason why this post was created was because they didn't want to accept some kind of offer. As an opposing argument, we can also find some legitimate accounts with positive reviews and many more comments on their profiles, so it's very individual approach whether who you want to trust.

- Next thing, lack of 3rd party lab testing. It is really a major thing nowadays. I guess, I don't really have to explain that. I received information from support, that they do HPLC and MC testing in-house, but even so it would be good to provide some kind of document and confirmation of testing for the customer, as there isn't any for now. Even if you want to keep it simple with in-doors testing, then providing such testing results bring really great value. At least from my own perspective.

- Minimum order of 195€. I mean, yeah. I am very skeptical about this one. Relating to their response (quoting) "We fully understand your concerns. The decision to set the minimum purchase limit was taken a few months ago to simplify logistics and contain costs. It had become quite problematic to manage many orders of a few tens of euros. For this reason, even if reluctantly, we had to make this decision!" That is okay for regular customers, but for a new customer who would want to verify purchased products it can be a hard decision to make.

- Inaccuracies about company addresses, countries, social medias, website icons, redirections and more of it. Few examples: flag for english language is set as for Italy, no flag icons for other languages and changing language does not affect description. As you are based in Italy, I would also assume that you would have option for italian language, but I couldn't find it there. Service for youtube does not exist and redirects you again to the main page. Also for other social medias, they are very rarely updated and images posted there are not very high quality.

And now getting to the products review. For the first purchase I have decided to buy some of those that I know how they work on my laboratory guinea pig. First of all, packaging was excellent and professional - products came in two separate bags, one of them was heat resistant. And in the heat resistant one, you could find peptides with a freeze-gel. My honest opinion, the best packaging I have ever received with peptides.

For the bottles (black bottles - sprays) I kinda dislike them, as you have a hard time checking how much of the content has left through the black tint. Label on them, came in with stains. Don't know if that would be caused by unfortunate leakage (hardly doubt it) or other factor, but they just came with stains on label. I also found that the smell of plastic solution and spray caps is not very pleasant to the point where it would be better to completely transfer content of spray to another separately prepared empty spray. And speaking of peptides content, I believe I received legitimate ones.

Two phrases above are just my individual preference, so treat it with a grain of salt.

Overall, that's all I was able to write about Suaway. That was quite a long road from contacting your support to the first order :D I have to give 4/5 score, because I can't ignore cons that I have listed above and I hope that both Suaway and customers for both sides can find some useful information in this review.

Will I order again? Yeah, probably :)

I have ordered multiple times. Always had positive experiences with their products. It is hard to find reliable labs these days. Every product ordered yielded the expected outcome, on every occasion. Their customer service is very effective, they answer emails quickly and shipping is fast.

I had an issue with one of the products (it probably suffered damage during transit) and after consulting with their team they offered me a voucher of the value of the product in discussion. The problem was solved in a matter of a couple of days.

Suaway is my go to lab for both excellent quality and professionalism.

The shopping experience was pretty straight forward and the shopdesign is great and informative about the product but I would have preferred if the leadtime would have been a bit more visible since all I could find was somewhere buried on the "about us" page

Products let down by very slow preparation and dispatch.

Latest order took a week after payment before the product label was even ready (a sign that the products are finally prepared) then OVER A WEEK OF TRANSIT for a destination usually 2-days away from fast courier.

Any extra in quality you expect from Suaway products is negated because the peptides sitting and degrading in random shipping locations for over a week due to the slow delivery.

Edit after reply by Suaway: shipping method chosen was "2-5 days". It's 10 days so far since ordering and package has not even arrived in the destination country. Caveat emptor.

Final edit: arrived after 11 days. Well-packaged. It's a shame it's let down by prep/delivery delays.
