NEVER order Pre-Order items because you won’t get them
On 26th November 2022 I purchased a scarf as well as grey cargo (pre-order).
8/12/2022 I was sent an email asking to rate both of the items (I had received the scarf by then), so I proceeded to rate the scarf which I love to be honest. However, I did not rate the cargos and instead sent an email enquiring about the arrival of my cargos. In the response I was assure that production was on time and should be ready around 20/12/2022 but shipping would take 10 days.
3rd January 2023 I sent a further email requesting a refund as I had not received any dispatch emails and my ‘shop’ parcel tracking app could not track my parcel.
I still haven’t received the cargos or a response.
I commented on a TikTok post advertising the Suavo cargo. My comment was met with a response stating the pre-order production time. I responded stating that the website was false advertising NYE delivery if order was placed before 4pm on a certain date but it was already over 24hours past the proposed NYE delivery deadline. My comment was swiftly removed by the TikTok creator (@josephhabe).
Moral of the story, if it says pre-order then don’t order it because you won’t receive it and they won’t respond to your refund/cancellation request.
With that being said the scarf was such good quality that I proceeded to purchase another on with a beanie.
