Selling fake items. I ordered a dyson airwrap and it came opened and repackaged. Spelling mistakes all over the box. It was sent to me from Europe and I had to pay an extra £70 import duties. Avoid!!

I bought a Dyson hair dryer since October 1st 2025 and have not received it till this day. I have sent several emails to no avail. They have been unresponsive after a couple of emails. I have not received the product or my £250 back. I have now reported them to the bank and necessary authorities with the few correspondence I had with them. I pray they get caught and they pay back for all the have stolen. Please avoid them at all cost they are scammers and fraudulent.

I placed an order on 3rd Sept for a Dyson hairdryer and I received it on Sept 19th.
It took 16 days ( 12 business days) to receive the order,not 4-6 days as they promised when I placed the order.
When I opened the package I suspect that it was a fake Dyson because all the parcel was full of chinese labels and because I already have a real Dyson and the one I got from Stylz was 150grs lighter.
I tried to return it and all I got was good words from Vernon but no actions.That they were moving to a new warehouse and they couldn't accept the product back at this moment but that they were going to reimburse me anyway. After 18 emails from my side and 3 months later still no money back and no instructions to return my order. Difficult to beleive!

AVOID! This is a fake website selling counterfeit items sent from china!! They won’t reply to emails ect, do not make the mistake I did!

Received a fake dyson airstrait, and they are just playing me around for refund my money back

Horrendous experience. Bought a ‘Dyson’ airwrap from this company. However serial no was not a recognised Dyson no so Dyson wouldn’t support the product. Impossible to return the product after contacting the company as no refund return form came with the product and no online return portal. Spent weeks chasing the company, email after email. It eventually collected the product from me about two months later after I pursued it successfully through a bank charge back.

Do not order from this website.
They send you counterfeit goods that are covered in Chinese writing and then they try to make out that it is a genuine Dyson product. The address on the website is some council house in Northampton. Thank god for section 75. My advice is to stay well clear and buy from a reputable company.

I ordered a dyson airstrait that took over 3 weeks to come.The parcel came from Hong Kong not as advertised and is 100% fake. We have alot of other dyson products and when comparing this to a friend's real model you can clearly see the difference. The customer service were a nightmare to deal with all the way through delivery so I'm not expecting any money back.
The worst thing is I paid £270 for it and I could have got a different colour one from Dysons official website for only £30 more.
Avoid at all costs as these fake electric products that heat up could prove a fire risk.They wont be factory tested to the same stringent procedures as the genuine manufacturer. It is just not worth it.
I class myself as a experienced online shopper and have never been conned before. But I certainly have now and I'm livid about it!! I hope no one else makes the same mistake

Avoid this I ordered a dyson hairdryer took two weeks to say colour not in stock choose another one then took weeks to arrive loads of emails sent then when it arrived it was a imported two pin plug label was from China eventually got a refund which I had to chase up in total it took from 27th August to 18 of october to sort out shocking company DO NOT ORDER

I strongly advise against purchasing from Stylz.co.uk. I ordered a Dyson hair dryer for £259.99 on 29 August 2025, and despite the website claiming it was in stock, it was not dispatched for weeks. After repeated emails asking for updates, they finally sent the item — but it came from Hong Kong, not the UK as advertised, and I no longer needed it.

I requested a refund on 29 September 2025, but to this day, I have not received any money back. The company has been largely unresponsive, and they even recalled the parcel, making it impossible for me to receive it.

This feels like a misleading and potentially fraudulent practice, as they retained my payment while failing to deliver the product or process a refund. I would not recommend buying from Stylz.co.uk, and urge others to be extremely cautious before placing any orders.

Drop shipping from China, not from the UK. So be careful with the products you want to buy, because they could be likely to be counterfeit, in a very sophisticated way!

STUCK IN FEDEX CLEARANCE

I have placed an order 1st of July. It is now 21st July I have still not received my package. Have never experienced such horrid and slow shipment. The package seems to be stuck in customs clearance for over 2 weeks. Be careful as the packages are not sent from UK, but from China. I have requested for a refund , still yet to receive it.

Awful customer service. Bought a Dyson product for my daughter only to find out I had ordered the wrong one. Having checked the returns policy I immediately contacted them 5 days after receiving order and 4 days later I am still waiting for them to sort the return I am just getting a load of stalling emails - just awful
