Ordered on 18 November 2024 and still processing because apparently waiting for stock BUT in website they are still selling the item and does not disclose that the item is not in stock. Anyways if your looking to buy for a gift this Christmas AVOID this company at all cause. You will end up waiting for ages.

I ordered four items all marked as in stock on 14/11/24. My parcel arrived today 28/11/24. I have ordered many times and it generally takes around 2 weeks. I get the same things regularly, always order before I run out and never order if my item is not in stock. Maybe I have been lucky but it works for me.
Questionable Company, Poor Customer Service
Can’t give zero stars or I would. And I wish I’d checked reviews before I shopped! Placed order a month ago. Issues from the start. Have repeatedly reached out to Stylevana only to be told, basically, items not in stock and coming. Continually. They don’t communicate issues to customers, they don’t have accurate listings on website. Avoid like the plague.
Absolutely shocking company
Absolutely shocking company. Told me my item wasn't in stock until date X. When date X arrived I was told it wouldn't be on stock for the foreseeable future.... They refunded me that item, but still haven't send out the rest of my order which could have been sent at time of ordering as the item they were waiting on isn't available now apparently. Sent numerous emails with no resolution and haven't been refunded.

Took my money, never sent my products. Waited 6 weeks and when i demanded a refund they started ignoring my messages. Sent 7 messages with no reply and still no goods. Had to report to my credit card.
Never buy from stylevana scammers
dissatisfaction with the way my recent order has been handled. It is unacceptable that I was not informed that one of the items in my order was out of stock (their website DIDNOT mention about this!) now they are saying it’s not be available until October. What is even more frustrating is that I was only made aware after making the payment that the entire order would be delayed until that item arrives (bare in mind they are spamming for not mentioning that in the website). This means I am now forced to wait months for my products, which is unreasonable. I have only received a partial refund, and this is because of their intentional “mistake”

Sorely Disappointed
Today is 02.09.2024. Order placed on 18.07.2024. I have not received my order. I asked several times where my order was, on the 13.08.2024 I was asked to wait another 10 days (!) before they will open a case with the courier. It has now been 46 days since I placed the order - and I paid for priority shipping as well. I was patient and waited but this has gone on long enough. I have contacted them again several times, and in the end I asked for a refund. I got no response since the 13.08.2024, wich was 3 weeks ago. Summer is over now, I don't even need the items I've ordered anymore. Why I have to wait for them to file a case with the courier escapes me. They can file for the lost package and this need not involve me. I don't know what to do anymore. Nobody responds to me, I just want my money back, as in the meantime I've had to buy skincare somewhere else.

AWFUL customer service, avoid by all means
If I could give this very bad company less than a star I would. They failed to include all of the items I ordered in a parcel, then charged me the full cost, and then pretended they didn't understand what happened. I sent them over 10 emails, and they were just ignoring me over and over again. As I warned them, I will make sure to leave a lot of negative reviews about their service now, and so I am starting now.

I placed an order with Stylevana (#BWSVUKA130809503) on 29 February 2024, but I have not received my package despite their claims that it was delivered. I have emailed them multiple times and only received automated responses. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If this issue is not resolved immediately with a full refund of £41.97 GBP, I will file a chargeback with my bank and report this to consumer protection agencies. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Order in transit for 35 days
Order has been in transit for 35 days. Evri lost it, found it, declaired it a security issue AFTER clearing customs, and has now apparently had it in their delivery depot for 5 days. I'm no longer in the country to accept delivery, and don't think I would accept any delivery that's been flagged as a security issue!
When my order was lost, Evri recommended contacting Stylevana for a refund or replacement. I reached out to Stylevana, explained I could not wait for a replacement order, and that I'd had to purchase my items elsewhere. I did say I would accept a replacement order if I could substitute the items I had to purchase elsewhere for others I don't have. That was the 6th of June, and I finally got an answer on the 20th of June that they can't cancel my order. But they're happy for me to keep it!
First of all, I PAID FOR THE ORDER!!! Stylevana being happy for me to keep the order I PAID FOR is ridiculously arrogant.
Secondly, I'M NOT IN THE COUNTRY TO ACCEPT THE ORDER!!!
Stylevana are claiming that they cannot issue a refund to me until they recieved the items back, which is wrong. Legally, the sole liability of the order remains completely with Stylevana until I successfully take delivery of the items, which I cannot do as I'm not in the country. As delivery has not occurred within a reasonable time (Goods Ordinance Act, which Homg Kong trades under) or 30 days (UK Trading Standards), Stylevana are in breach of their legal contract with me.
I have contacted Evri through their silly chat thing and instructed them that I decline delivery of this order. Stylevana have 5 working days to respond to my latest message for a refund, or I will be submitting complaints to the Financial Ombusman, Financial Conduct Authority, Trading Standards, and UKICC.
Why do people give this such bad reviews?
I don't understand why people give this such a bad rating. At first when i did my first order it took unusually long to process the order but as soon as it changed it was at my house in about a week. Yes it does take some time but, they are packaged well and the discounts are so good (especially if you have an account). For me, it took about 4 weeks to deliver but I was willing to wait as I knew it was good products. Overall if you are a patient person you should consider buying from here as it is cheaper, even if you do have to wait.
Won't process my return, can't even get in contact
I was sent the wrong product (didn't match the image on their website) and have been trying to get a return for 2 weeks, as soon as I received the parcel. I emailed their team as per instructions, but have not received a response at all despite promises that they'd get back to me within 3-5 business days. I have tried calling their customer service number as well, but the number is disconnected or not available. I might be forced to do a chargeback with my bank.

I gave them one star because I had to. Otherwise I would have given them none. I ordered skin care that hasn’t been delivered to me. I contacted the customer service and in the beginning they were pretending to help me but after I asked them about any updates, they just simply ingnored me. Contacted them several times but they are just simply ignoring me!! I even contacted them with different email addresses but once I mentioned my case, they ignored me again!!!
The tracking number says it has been delivered to ME but that is not the case. Since my skin care was running out, I had to order the same again at my own risk. Now I have lost about 80€ and this is simply ridiculous!! If you ever order from this website and eventually lose your package…good luck!
Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. They won’t process your order unless you start chasing them. And the only lame excuse they say every time is that the item you ordered is out of stock - yet they have not updated their inventory on their website. Even if they re-stock, it will take a month before it’s shipped. I swear I have given them enough benefit of the doubt and ordered several times hoping a different outcome but each does not disappoint to disappoint.
