Outstanding Roses from an Outstanding Company
It’s not often I’d write 2 reviews for the same company but Style Roses thoroughly deserve it. I first bough my a couple of Roses for my parents, they said that they were of such high quality and scent, my brother-in-law ordered one for himself, so I thought I’d get in on the act. I ordered three climbing roses from this company and cannot rate them highly enough. The order arrived very quickly and with good communication from the chosen delivery company. The roses were well packed for delivery and arrived in wonderfully healthy condition, with plenty of new growth on them, and even some blooms! I am so pleased with these roses, and they were very reasonably priced too. I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you!

Cutie P Rose Bush
I placed my order on 24th June and it was delivered on requested date as promised. It was a white rose bush for my Son and Daughter in Law's wedding anniversary. The Rose bush had plenty of flowers and lots of buds as well. The flowers are white with a lovely golden yellow centre and looks very healthy. Although my son hasn't seen it yet my Daughter in Law is thrilled with it. The rose was also well presented and packed with care. We would certainly buy from this company again

Multiple excellent purchases…
I have bought several roses from this company having received a beautiful gift from my sister celebrating the birth of my grandson in January. ( bare root which I potted as per their instructions which are very explicit and then planted outside late May where it flowered prolifically and is soon to flower again) All the roses I have purchased arrived in excellent condition and flourished. My recent purchase for a friend’s birthday was ordered yesterday and arrived today!!! It looks so healthy like everything I’ve bought from them. Even the one I sent to Scotland arrived in amazing condition and gave great pleasure.

Amazing quality
I don't normally leave reviews but the rose and service from Style Roses really was great. I ordered a rose as a gift. It arrived on time, in bloom but also with lots of new buds and was so well packaged that it was perfect when I unwrapped it. It really exceeded my expectations. Thank you

Lousy customer service
The rose was delivered to my friend with stems bent & broken, crammed into its box. We have so far only been given excuses & denials. Photos available.
I shall not use them again.

Apologies, but your review is completely unfair, unfortunately we only have two options when packing a very vigorous Rambler like 'Rambling Rector' at this time of year which is to either cut it down to fit the tallest box available or bend the stems over to fit the box which quickly recover and staighten after, we always opt where possible for the second option which has happened in this case and we make no excuses for this , the pictures mentioned and available clearly show some slight superficial damage to the top growth, which as mentioned in our t&c's and in our aftercare information often occurs at this time of year when the growth is so young and tender and which the rose very quickly recovers from, in your case the rose remains very much a first quality rose.
The recipient of the rose unfortunately would not give us the opportunity to speak, explain or help when they rang, insisting this was a David Austin variety and should have been sent in a David Austin pot before angrily hanging up, this variety has been around for at least 115 years and David Austin were established in the 1960's. We have remained courteous and helpful throughout as always, our following email explaining this was not replied to, as always we are happy to replace or refund the rose if the plant is returned to us in a saleable condition in the near future, all of our roses are covered by a free replacement guarantee if it fails to grow in the first year providing our aftercare advice is followed.

I ordered a rose called Sweet Jessica as a remembrance for a much loved pet. The rose arrived and the quality was fantastic. I've worked for a garden centre specialising in roses (they don't stock this particular rose) and I have to say that the service and quality from Style Roses was second to none. Extremely impressed.

Wow, The rose is absolutely gorgeous
Wow, got my rose "climber Susie" at lunchtime and it is now planted. The rose is absolutely gorgeous, the condition superb and the scent like heaven (or how I imagine it). Very fast delivery. highly recommend - usually buy David Austin's but this rose is fab.

Stunning Rose with wonderful customer service
Ordered a Rose last year to commemorate the passing of a loved one. It arrived well packaged and has provided beautiful flowers since then! Our second summer of having this rose and already the blooms are huge! The rose itself is very healthy!
Customer service is spot on! They are quick to reply and are friendly and approachable!

I would give Style Roses 6 stars if I could. I emailed them to say thank you this morning:
Just a little note to say thank you so much for my lovely rose, received this morning. I can tell whoever packaged it knew what they were doing, as it arrived perfectly.
I had a Blue Moon when I was about 10 years old (my first rose in my parents’ garden) and wanted to have one here at home. Mum lives with us now at the ripe old age of 92 so hopefully it will give us some flowers in the summer, if it ever arrives!
You really have made our year, thank you all very much.

I must admit I was hesitant to use this…
I must admit I was hesitant to use this company but I decided to go with my gut feeling and order a rose for a friend’s daughter who had just lost her mum
It arrived promptly but alas the concierge sent it to the wrong block and wrong address
They were very helpful in tracking down the gift and today she received it,and was delighted with the gift and the card

Following this review, we've since been in direct contact with the customer and the issue was quickly and very amicably resolved as some slight transit damage which the rose very quickly recovers from, unfortunately, especially through spring and summer months, the growth can be very tender and liable on rare occasions to some slight damage, but the rose itself very much remains a very robust first quality plant that will give many years of wonderful displays. We would very much appreciate a re-appraisal of this review from Jo please and we are always here to help.
