After the most recent update, my entire course layout broke. I am now seeing PHP preg_match() errors, my custom CSS stopped loading, and the whole design is completely misaligned. This update caused major issues that ruined the usability and appearance of my website.
I originally purchased the lifetime licence because I believed this would be a stable, long-term solution for my online academy. Unfortunately, it has been nothing but problems. The MasterStudy theme I tried before was extremely heavy and slowed my site down drastically — overloaded with drag-and-drop widgets and excessive JavaScript that destroys performance. I eventually had to switch to Kadence, which is much lighter, faster, and far more reliable.
Their widgets are poorly coded, full of bugs, and completely break responsiveness. The plugin is also very limited if you want to customise anything properly. Each update introduces new issues instead of fixing old ones.
Their customer support is painfully slow and unhelpful. I shared my experience in their official Facebook community after the update, and another user commented strongly agreeing and sharing similar issues — their comment was deleted. That says a lot about how they handle criticism and user feedback.
You are honestly better off fixing their mistakes yourself or using AI tools to code rather than wasting time with their incompetent support team.
I do not recommend this plugin to anyone unless you are highly tech-savvy and ready to repair their bugs on your own. For anyone running a professional website or online academy, this will waste your time and damage your design.
In short: bug after bug, slow support, heavy, unstable, and unreliable.

The plugin is very good, very nice and functional, although it has a huge flaw if you post a course as "coming soon." Those already enrolled can't access it. On September 16th, I contacted technical support. On September 18th, I filed a complaint, and I still haven't received a response. And I'm talking about the pro version, which I paid for. I had to switch to Masteriyo, and they respond within minutes.

Regarding the "Coming Soon" functionality, when this setting is activated for a course, it disables the "Start Course" or "Continue Course" buttons to prevent new enrollments and avoid confusion while updates or changes are being made. However, students who were previously enrolled in the course can still access it by navigating directly to the course curriculum and clicking on the lesson titles. We apologize if this wasn’t clear.

Please payback our money
Where do I even begin, I initially got in touch with the customization team all because I wanted a mobile app developed for my website. Stan Kim gave me a quotation and I paid the first half of the invoice due. Little did I know that I'd be throwing $700 down the drain of which I am trying to recover to this very day.
The project has been on going with no progress and when I mean no progress, I mean no weekly or monthly updates on the status of the project. Stan Kim promised me the moon whilst he knew Stylemix didn't have the necessary man power to deliver the required work.
Stories after stories is all I got, what made it worse is that I had to be following up on the project as if I'm not paying for the service. Till now I have not received a working beta of the project, Stan Kim left the company and a lady by the name of Albina has stated that I cannot get my refund because the project is long overdue, and also they no longer provide app development as a service, but if you go oj their website they have thay service lister THAT'S UTTER BS. I just want my money back, Stylemix has wasted my time and money.
And what makes it worse they don't want to take any responsibility for ghosting me.
I hope TRUSTPILOT doesn't shove this review under the carpet, like what STYLEMIX is doing to me. I just want my money back. You cannot take a whole 2 years to develop an app.

I wasted a lot of time with this plugin trying to get it to work on a dual language site. Although they say it works with polylang it doesn’t. Problems keep occurring. I contacted their technical support but, although they say they reply within 48 hours, even after 6 days I haven’t received any answer. I’ve emailed support but again, no response.
Finally I asked for refund.
Although it looks cool this plugin didn’t work in my case and the support service seems non-existent.
Too bad.
Edit: That's right, some problems have been solved (eventually) but others continue to persist. For example, on the courses page sometimes the course appears, sometimes it doesn't. It is very frustrating that every time I have to contact technical support and it takes so long. I think you would have much more to win if you optimized the technical support.
Not to mention, even if you logged in and saw the first time that the pages were not set up properly, you still didn't check everything and I had to come back with another ticket. That's not very professional.
I understand that you are busy but in that case hire more and/or better people on the support side.
Maybe your plugin is not optimized too well with the plugins I have, I don't know. But I have no way of knowing all these things. I'm not a programmer.
As for the Woocommerce part there you are wrong, that page was translated, I think it was another problem with the settings.
Anyway, I think we are wasting (again) our time for something that, from my point of view at least, should have worked much more smoothly (both the plugin and the support).
Thanks for the discount, without it I wouldn't have bought the plugin.
After all this and so it seems quite expensive to me.
I wish you good luck in the future and hope things will improve.

Upon reviewing your case, we've found that many of the issues you encountered appear to be related to the configuration of Polylang itself, rather than our product's settings. As our support agent explained, the free version of Polylang does not offer automatic content duplication across languages. For a multi-language site using the free Polylang, content needs to be manually copied and pasted into the translated versions of pages. Our agent demonstrated this solution on the Courses page (for Gutenberg)/Cursuri, as shown in this video: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/42335782?key=f90b52a8959825afa44be20dfc7443cc.
We also want to highlight that the option for automatic content duplication is exclusively available in Polylang Pro: https://polylang.pro/documentation/support/guides/duplicating-content-across-post-translations/.
Regarding the 404 error in the Course Builder after translation, this was caused by missing translations of essential LMS pages, specifically the "User Account" page not being translated into Romanian. Our agent translated this missing page for you, and as a result, the Course Builder is now functioning correctly in both languages, as demonstrated here: https://youtu.be/ugchLGvdkOU.
Similarly, you experienced issues with WooCommerce pages not being translated. For translating WooCommerce pages, our agent recommended using an additional plugin: https://polylang.pro/pricing/polylang-for-woocommerce/.
Please note that neither Polylang nor WooCommerce are our products.
Could you please confirm if these solutions helped resolve the issues on your end?
We also want to acknowledge that you were provided with a 30% discount on our product, even though the promotion you referred to had ended. This was done because we value every customer and strive to provide all possible assistance.

A wholehearted recommendation for your LMS project
I've had a fantastic experience with MasterStudy LMS.
After testing 7 different LMS plugins, I discovered MasterStudy and was thoroughly impressed. The standout features for me are the prompt and helpful support team, as well as the regular updates with new features.
While it's not flawless, it's undoubtedly the best LMS plugin I've tried. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-rich learning management system.
