I joined this disgusting consultancy after Mr Bholanath Basu, a 75 year old super manipulative man brain washed my parents. He gave us hope that he will do everything, every procedure and I will get a direct offer letter from a good public university. This never happened, instead he fraud us. He took 2.5 lakh from my father and didn't even give me a proper offer letter instead of me having all the necessary good credentials. He is a very influential person and he pressurizes every parent to give him money for the application purposes and he does nothing with it. He simply plays with the careers of many young individuals. I have never met a person who is that old and can manipulate everyone with his sweet words. He is not at all trusted. He uses non sense people for doing the application. He is a very disgusting human being on earth. He ruined my 1 year completely, and he did this with many people I know. And they are scared of him as he can do a lot of stuff with their future. I am writing this because I have nothing to loose. He promises to give direct offer letters but he gives only conditional offer letter because he does substandard applications where no proper document is uploaded in uni assist. This consultancy is a horrible, and the owner Mr Bholanath Basu is the worst person alive on this planet. I know this review will get deleted but I swear he is cursed so bad by so many people that he will not be accepted in hell as well. It's a request to all the aspiring candidates, don't fall for his words and his age which he uses as his weapon to manipulate people.All the reviews that are posted here are fraud because Mr Bholanath Basu pressurise students to give good review for the work he never did. Being an influential person, EVERYONE IS SCARED AND SO PEOPLE END UP WRITING STUFF WHICH THEY NEVER MEAN. I know some of the people who wrote all this non sense here but curses him every single second as he fraud them as well.

Scammers, lying to employees

My name is Hayk, one of the former workers of this absolutely irresponsible company, why?
My “super-responsible” CEO Daria Kroshkina deceived not only 50+ workers and me as well, but the poor students who were just wanting to study abroad! How?
Well, she manipulated us to work for free for a long time, more precisely, after the crisis occurred at the company our Head manager but not her told us to be ready not get our salary for two weeks because there was a problem with our ID address. However, these 2 weeks miraculously became 2 months, and all this time our CEO was not showing up but telling her colleagues to talk to us. The deal was to work harder as they say for 115% because everything is starting to become “normal”. This situation lasted till November. At that moment some of the workers had already been working for free for about 6 months. We simply stopped working and told her(the CEO)about them and she blocked our working profiles. After not working for a while our students also started to claim their money back, some of them eventually got the money after threats to sew them, however, some of my clients still can’t get them back.
Please, for your own safety do not trust them and where you see the name Daria Kroshkina close the page as soon as possible. Thank you!

I've been using this platform since may 2020. My dream was getting into University of Amsterdam... I had a very lovely lady as my manager. Everything started changing in a few months - my managers changed every couple weeks and I didn't get any help with preparation at all and I missed two deadlines. Nobody helps me with the motivation letter for my scholarship!!
Sadly, Studyfree doesn't want to give me my money back. I think I'm going to try solving this problem differently because it looks like scam. Wouldn't recommend

a terrible business that does not pay salaries to employees, does not communicate with them, deceives customers

I am disappointed, I suggest never to use the services of this company, they are scammers. The money you gave will be lost.😒

I am a former employee of the company called StudyFree founded by Daria Kroshkina. My journey with StudyFree started in 2020 and ended in April 2022. It's worth mentioning that I'm Ukrainian. As everyone knows, Russia invaded Ukraine in February 2022 and the founder of this company is Russian. 1) when the war started, she did not mention her position regarding the ongoing war since she lives in the USA and clearly doesn't care. 2) she didn't offer ANY help or evacuation options to Ukrainian employees. Even when the war started we kept assisting the clients and doing our job thoroughly. At some point Daria Kroshkina started having problems with investments for the company due to sanctions towards Russians in March. For some reason she blamed the "situation", "the world", "the god" for not paying wages to employees, but not herself. Long story short, we haven't got paid for March and April. Before we left, the termination letters were signed stating we would have got paid by Dec 1, 2022. Daria claimed the company went bankrupt but simultaneously she was selling 'StudyFree' to another company and she is going to get about $50 000 for this deal. Answering the questions about the money she should have paid her employees a long time ago, Daria replies 'oh sorry guys but I don't owe you anything'. Unfortunately, we can't apply to court since the company is registered in the USA and the agreement with employees was worth absolutely nothing so we can't apply to court. Daria, I genuinely hope you'll be deported back to Russia for all your lies and violation of law.

Please don’t believe this company. They are scammers and treat people so bad. Their service is awful. Stay away from them!!

Absolutely irresponsible and low level client oriented company, disgusting top management and CEO. I’d highly recommend never cooperate why this company again.

All they are doing is filling people with hopes and that is it. But in reality they don’t take any responsibility of their actions.

I was expecting something worthy. If you read this you better don’t contact them. They charge much money but the return is completely differs from the thing they promise.
In a word, they are a total scammers.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to StudyFree company and my manager Olga in particular. In fact, I had a sort of sophisticated case in terms of all my criteria and shortage of time, but due to all the rendered help, advices and profound research made by my study consultant, all the issues were tackled successfully. I really enjoyed not only the awesome features provided by the digital platform (e.g. sample letters,essays, CVs, useful study guides, workshops, chats with other future students and so much more), but my personal manager's engagement in the process and willigness to help. I guess, it would be more problematic and less implementable if i decided to do everything on my own without any knowledge of the existing pitfalls and nuances. Eventually, I got into one of the best UK universities and can't wait to get started!

Firstly, I want to say "Thank you for your help and support". StudyFree is really great company, which can help to you in preparation for study abroad. I have no problem during the whole year in preparation and this perfect.
I won a financial support from them year ago because I just decided be a part of the whole community. After we started to find different programs , which will be suitable for me! It was really fast and easy for me like a client their company. I worked with nice people, who made me confident in my abilities because I had a lot of doubts, but we made it together. I am very thankful for the StudyFree workers and whole community. This was nice experience for me.
I really recommend it! No doubt that I will say about StudyFree to all my friends and will say a lot of nice things for a long time .

I started looking for a master's program on the very last minute, when many options were already not available. However, thanks to my personal manager Ksenia Kuzmina the game was worth the candles. If not for her help, I would have never considered the programs available for me. But now I'm going to study in Italy and I believe it's going to be a wonderful new page for me!

I worked with study free for a year. It was a valuable and most importantly productive experience. This path was very exciting and I would like to express my deep gratitude for helping me to realize my dream, thank you!
