The only thing i can say positive is that everybody on this platform is very friendly in terms of good custumer service but, you know, i'm not going there to make friends unfortunately.The provided papers ans essays were extremely poor, fragmented, with a repetitive and limited structure that lacked coherence throughout the text. There had difficulties in effectively incorporating the provided sources from mypart as using good sources resulting in a lack of clear flow. Despite investing significant time in assistance, the task of revising, reshaping, and correcting the text took far longer than completing the work from scratch. This disappointing experience was consistent across all the papers submitted through this platform, leaving an overall impression of mediocrity. The quality of the work led to doubts about the writers' qualifications and education level. Regrettably, this experience served as a lesson learned for a first time trial in this type of service.

Was lost about how to approach this specific assignment because it went from a PowerPoint to a legislative draft for my state. I never had experience with a draft much less an outline to use. But help stepped in and gave me the peace I needed with a great tutor willing to help me.

The support receive from the initial stage of opening the account from the sales team in finding an expert who was capable of completing assigned task. the experts were very knowledgeable and the response time was excellent. The only weakness I had was the clarification in choosing experts, so clients can know from the get go not to select more than one expert. The cost for the experts per hr can be a tad bit cheaper as well. Overall, the service was exceptional and the sales team always available to respond to any questions/ concerns/queries.
