Straight forward process of ordering and receipt, quality garment at a great price

Order arrived really quickly. My polo shirt is excellent quality and much cheaper than many other brands.

Unfortunately one of the zips on the waterproof jacket was seized. .
I had to return it which cost £6

Great products and great service. Would highly recommend.

Just what I ordered, great fit and looks smart. Delivery spot on

Purchased a bobble hat & water proof hat both excellent quality and arrived quickly
Very pleased with both purchases 😊👍

You require signed receipt. Impossible when delivery date is unannounced and I am out of town.

Excellent product and service

I had a problem with a pair of Golf Boots - one was no longer waterproof - submitted a question via their website and within 5 days I had received several replies and submitted several photos of the boots - and a replacement product is now being despatched - very grateful to Tracey for all her help

Had 2 pairs of these and they both fell apart after just a few uses each pair.
I returned the 1st pair after coming apart, the replacement pair were even poorer quality.
Real shame as they were very comfy, warm and kept my feet dry until they started deteriorating after just a few weeks.

Quick delivery - wonderful product

Excellent service and product

Great service and communication

Quick to answer my query about returns, should it prove necessary. Quick to send out my purchase. If I'd waited one more week, I could have saved 30% for Black Friday, but I'd forgotten about that.
Beautiful boots, however I did have to return them as they were rather too tight for comfort. Sadly, the next size up was out of stock. The refund came about 1 week later.

Found the thermal gloves very cold all the while I have them on, it’s warmer when I take them off. They look good and grip well but I mainly bought them to keep my hands warm.

Very prompt despatch and subsequent delivery, well ahead than the proposed delivery date advised initially 👍

Excellent service… quick tracked delivery. Excellent product, will use ahain

Rather unhappy about previous pair of golf shoes falling apart, but offer for replacement pair reasonable. Responses quite quick.

As they are a Christmas gift for my husband I cannot give a correct report

Did you realise that in Stuburt "Terms & Services" is the following. "The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement." Which roughly means that if you buy a pair of their winter boots that you have only used for 6 months in year and they start to deteriorate after a year, you have no comeback. As they are not "fit for a particular purpose" or "merchantable quality" or even "durability.
