StubHub is violating their own payment terms

WATCH OUT! PROFESSIONAL SCAMMERS!
I sold tickets for a Mexico City event that took place on April 4th. I delivered the tickets perfectly on time, strictly following every single protocol established by StubHub to guarantee payment within their promised 5-8 business days window.

It has been a month and a half, and I still haven’t been paid.

Every time I reach out, their customer reps make up the exact same generic excuses, claiming their "IT team is thoroughly reviewing the issue." It is completely unacceptable that a company of this scale requires weeks of "technical review" just to process a standard seller payout.

To make matters worse, their customer support is utterly useless, they’re a joke. Both on the phone and via email, reps are evasive, unhelpful, and they simply stop responding as soon as they are faced with concise, direct questions.

If you expect to get paid for your tickets on time, look elsewhere. StubHub is currently holding my money with zero transparency.

En general todo estuvo bien, el boleto tardó un poco en llegar pero lo obtuve antes del inicio del concierto.

Mi experiencia fue muy buena, comunicación abierta y oportuna, se cumplieron los tiempos de entrega de mis boletos, Luz siempre tuvo comunicación directa y le dió el seguimiento debido.

Todo mis boletos fueron oficiales. Gracias por el servicio brindado!

It was a really great experience, especially since I couldn't buy my tickets through Ticketmaster and this was the only way. The best part was that you can trust StubHub and that your tickets actually reach Ticketmaster. For me, that was the best part: having my tickets in hand and being able to confidently get to my assigned seat and enjoy the game without any problems. I definitely recommend StubHub.

Realicé una compra de boletos para un concierto en la ciudad de Mérida, Yucatán. Me estuvieron postergando el día de la entrega. El día del concierto en la mañana, me avisaron que el vendedor ya no quiso vender sus asientos. Afortunadamente, logré conseguir los tickets por otro lado. El pago se realizó el 1 de abril y aunque primero me dieron 10 días hábiles, leí en otro post que máximo son 15 días. Mi preocupación, es que ni siquiera me envían mensaje de como va la devolución

No sabíamos cómo localizar los boletos comprados en el app y Luz de servicio al cliente fue de mucha ayuda. Rápida y buena atención.

Pude entrar al evento que quería sin mayor complicación.

Todo estuvo correcto. Se entregaron los boletos en el tiempo acordado, fueron en la zona ofrecida y todo sin problema alguno. 2da ocasión que los adquiero en el sitio..

I bought a ticket on this site for The Weeknd concert. On the map and in the advertisement, there was only one general admission section shown. When I entered the venue, I was directed to a second general admission section, leaving me relegated to General B.
Hopefully, after some requests to Customer Service, Stubhub Customer Service help me a lot with my trouble and that works for me, I will continue using Stubhub.

I like that you buy with full confidence that StubHub protects you to ensure the purchase is real, if not, you are protected. For this reason, no one wastes their time, the sellers are real and have tickets, otherwise they are not paid.

Made a purchase but the seller did not provide the tickets. After going back and forward by email with Omar who was dismissive and absolutely unhelpful,
Juan Carlos M from customer service picked up on the issue and solved it within three working days.
