Where do I start, first off, Carlos negotiates with me a fair rate for both parties. Then he communicates with me the whole time. Finally, he follows up and gives me great feedback on his experience with me. Which I can use for my own personal development. I will run for them as often as possible.

They text me non-stop offering their freight services. Jorge Mendez texts me non-stop even after asking the dirty dirty broker to stop multiple times.
Also emailed their corporate address and asked them to stop. Filed a complaint w/ the FTC as well.
DO NOT USE THESE CLOWNS. They will never stop contacting you.

Outstanding broker
We, at Haul American Transport, had a good experience working with STT & Alejandro on this load. He had knowledge of the load needing to be hauled and reached out quickly to get any answers he didn’t have. He was very prompt, great communication, kept his word, fair rate, and paid promptly as promised. He spoke English fluently so there was no communication barrier.
