I received my slippers very quickly - within two days of placing my order. I had to contact Customer Services as I had a query and was pleasantly surprised to receive a prompt reply from a real person, Denis, who was friendly and professional and resolved my query quickly and efficiently. My experience with Strive UK has overall been positive.

I'm a bit surprised that people have had a bad experience with Strive; I have 6 or 7 pairs of sandals/shoes and love them; really help with my plantar fasciitis. I suppose I have only had to send one pair back and was pretty happy with the service on that occasion but it was ages ago. Disappointed with my purchase on this occasion; I thought slippers would be nice but there's nothing cozy or comfortable about them. The footbed is rock hard and the upper is thin and not good quality. Maybe switching their production to China was not a good move.

Refund not processed for 4 weeks after my return being made. Only refunded once I chased with no explanation as to why they hadn’t processed it without my asking them to.

Not even worth 1 star. Purchased 2 pairs of sandals. Neither arrived so contacted via email as tel.no was owned by their previous owners and there is no other method of contact. Eventually told 1 pair were now out of stock but they would sent the other pair. I was advised that I would get a refund in 3 to 5 days. Had to chase again after 5 days only eventually be told it would be another 5 days. I’m still waiting….dreadful company.

One star is really too much. I ordered a pair of boots in the sale over 3 weeks ago and finally after chasing for the second time I’ve just received an email to say the item is out of stock. Strive will process a refund in 3-5 days, so will have had my money for 4 weeks in total. If you can’t get the stock don’t take people’s money. Avoid at all costs.

Having read all these reviews, I wasn’t at all sure what would happen when I recently bought a pair of men’s orthotic slippers in the Black Friday sale. Admittedly I did wait 5 days for the slippers to arrive, but was told that at the time of purchase. Have worn my slippers for a couple of weeks now and they are excellent, and all for £14 plus p&p. Will return for another pair in due time.

The delivery service was disappointing. However, when I called Strive made things right and restored my hopes.
Unfortunately it did not last long. When the shoes didn’t fit, I had to pay for the return and ensure they were sent back safely. To make matters worse, the agent was very rude and didn’t mind that I planned to share my negative experience.
Even with the 30-day guarantee, the shoes are expected to be perfect. Thankfully, I only had them for two hours.

I ordered my sandals on 25th July 2024 it’s now 10 August still no sign of my shoes nor have I been successful after several attempts to speak to customer service and no response to my emails.
I am concerned this may be a fraudulent website!!!

Took weeks to deliver order. Did not receive a single response to any of my enquiries. Customer Service is essentially non existent. Have now been waiting over a month for a refund.

Bought a pair of Sandringham boots in October, tried to bed them in but the heel inside is sharp and no matter what I do takes the skin off my heels. The soles are padded but the arch support is no where near my arch !
Left a review on website, reply was they can not suit everyones feet and I could return them within 30 days of purchase, havd had them over 2 months so no joy there !!

Useless customer service. Twice over the past couple of months I have ordered online and paid for the purchase, only to be contacted a week later to be told that the item is not in stock, even though it shows as in stock on the website. The second time this happened I had paid through Klarna, but Strive didn't bother to contact Klarna to process the refund. I won't be buying from Strive again.

The shoes are usually great but if you need to return this company really lets itself down! I had to send several emails and phone before I received a refund! It really did feel like a hasstle. If I hadn't have badgered I don't think the refund would have been forthcoming! This is such a shame!

Worst accompany I have ever dealt with. All they want is your money if something goes wrong there end they could care less. Useless customer services, useless managers who are always in meetings never available to talk to a customer because that is beneath them. Never admit that they've made a mistake such a shame with some guidance from the top could be a good company will never use a game draw the lip my feet suffer don't be spoken to like I was goodbye strive your defective sandals are definitely not made for walking.

You have to spend over £75 before you get free delivery on an item and you have to pay for all returns irrespective of how much you have paid to begin with. They have no shops so you have to guess your shoe size. Online reviews are unhelpful and negative reviews clearly filtered out; I say this having posted a review on their website myself, simply saying that the sandals I had received were too small and not true to size. That review was never published by them and only 5 star reviews appear, so don't rely on their alleged customer feedback

Sandals received, one strap an inch longer than the other. One back strap bigger than the other, one front cross strap saggy compared to other foot. I believe these have been tried on a number of times before as they were quite dirty underneath.Telephoned and told I had to send photos before they would give me a free returns label. Finally received this after a number of emails. Asked for my original postage to be refunded as the sandals were not fit for purpose. Customer service were vague with brief email replies. Finally had a reply confirming that when sandals returned a full refund including my postage would be given. UNTRUE, today refund given without my postage being refunded. Customer service totally uninterested which showed when I spoke on the telephone and via email . I will never use this company again.

I have given this review as I was appalled by the customer service responses to my enquiries. They offered a free pair of sandals if so much was bought but on the site , there was no link from the banner,it did not work plus no explanation what level of sandal was available for free. I messaged 4 times in various ways (phone where no one bothered to answer , email , website etc) and after waiting for over a week, the brief response to "click the link" despite explaining it did not work with no other help. I was prepared before this to spend £240 in shoes. Hence after this,they got no order form me and lost a substantial amount. I won't bother in future and use other similar companies with a better customer service team and a working offer.
