No invoice in package, tried to email several times to get returns address, no reply. I'm now stuck with shoes that don't fit and ar very poor quality. Rubbish please don't buy from this company it's not legit

ordered one pair to try, having no communication from them rang the Tel no on their site lady answered very annoyed as people keep contacting her she is a resident and Stride are using her telephone no, I have contacted my bank spoke to the fraud department have raised this. hope to get my money back.

Dieser Händler tarnt sich mit einer deutschen Website, sitzt aber in China. Ware ist absolut minderwertig und riecht unangenehm nach Chemie. Unternehmen stellt keine Rechnung aus wozu es aber verpflichtet ist. Homepage hat kein Impressum - also Betrug! Das Versandlager in Osnabrück ist ein Fake, denn diese Adresse / Empfänger exsistiert nicht, obwohl auf der Website als Versandadresse steht: „Um Ihr Produkt zurückzusenden, sollten Sie Ihr Produkt an folgende Adresse senden: Rheiner Landstraße 83, 49078 Osnabrück, Deutschland“
DHL schickte mir das Paket zurück und ein Retourenlabel gibt es auch nicht! Wenn man eine Retour hat schreibt man unzählig viele E-mails und kommt zu keinem Ergebnis. Nur alles fadenscheinige (wahrscheinlich KI gesteuert) Mitteilungen - die Anrede ist immer: „Hallo“ Aber man sagt auf der Website: „Einfache Rückgabe“ und: „Kostenlose Rücksendungen. Nicht zufrieden? Senden Sie es einfach zurück und Sie erhalten eine volle Rückerstattung.“
Lächerlich, betrügerisch, alles gelogen! Nichts dergleichen stimmt. Ich kann alle nur warnen. Man sollte hier wirklich nichts kaufen!!!

I ordered the offer of buy two get one free of leather orthopaedic loafers at a sale price of £75.98
They arrived in cheap packaging and on inspection they smelt of chemicals. The fabric was not leather, it was a cheap synthetic vinyl.
Fortunately I paid via PayPal. Despite the company’s assurances that you would have a 60 day money back guarantee, I had a prolonged discussion with them repeatedly trying to offer me less than I paid. I had sent the shoes back recorded delivery, signed for. I don’t think I’d have seen a penny if I didn’t log a case with PayPal. Awful company. Don’t bother ordering from them.

I bought a pair of shoes in good faith. They did not fit and I wrote to Stridepure for a refund. They offered an exchange which I did not want. After a polite but lengthy email exchange, the return was eventually authorised. I carefully wrapped the shoes, addressed them to the address I had been given, and posted them Royal Mail recorded delivery. I submitted the proof of postage and the tracking number. Imagine my annoyance when I found this message on my tracking page today: 'Sorry, we were unable to deliver this item at 10-04-2025 as the recipient refused to accept it. It will now be returned to the sender.' I have no option now but to raise a dispute with PayPal.

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before I ordered.
I agree with all of them. No returns, no refunds, shocking quality.
Sadly I paid via Paypal guest account, so no chance to get money back that way. I have been to the police to report internet fraud .

Unternehmen stellt keine Rechnung aus wozu Sie nach § 14 Abs. 2 Satz 2 Nr. 1 und 2 UStG anderen Unternehmen gegenüber verpflichtet sind. Homepage hat kein Impressum was gegen § 5 DDG (Digitale-Dienste-Gesetz) und § 18 MStV verstößt. Das Versandlager in Osnabrück ist wohl auch ein Fake.
Rückgabe soll mit Gebühren etc. ins Ausland erfolgen.
Fazit: Unseriöser Anbieter.

This is a shocking company that takes people's money for piss poor goods. They refuse to give refunds despite their policies saying they offer a 30 day refund!
Please don't use them, their products are of very poor quality and you won't get your money back

Agree with all the comments already written and another person who wishes theyd read them before I bought. I paid £76 and they have not given me any returns labels as I keep asking for them for their UK address, they offered me £22 back. I paid by paypal so have just opened a complaint with them in the hope I get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Totally agree with all the comments already written.......I wish I'd read them before ordering! What an absolute con! Cheap, nasty tat with no refund available despite their advertised Ts & Cs and a UK addressed shown for returns.

Stridepure had a buy 2 get 1 free offer on their website, which I took advantage of. I ordered a pair of the wedge heeled orthopedic sandals along with x2 pairs (in different colours) of the leather bunion correction sandals, my total order came to a little over £60. I read the reviews from their website before ordering.
It was only after placing my order that I read the reviews on Trustpilot, I felt sick! Naturally, I wasn't holding out much hope, but when my order arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Yes, they arrived in only a black bubble wrap plastic bag, but each shoe had its own dust bag, a positive! The sandals weren't the best quality, but they were wearable & they did fit, again a positive! The only downside was they sent me an incorrect order. They sent me x3 pairs of the wedge heeled orthopedic sandals (in different colours) & no leather bunion sandals. I didn't want x3 pairs of the same sandals, I didn't order them, so I emailed them to inform them of their error. Initially, they offered me a £10 refund. This seems to be a standard format from reading other customers reviews. I politely explained that this was indeed their error & not mine & the sandals that they did not send me cost me £27.99, so please could they kindly explain why I was only being offered £10? Their next email they offered a £20 direct refund. For the sake of £7.99 & with no return costs incurred on my part, I decided to accepted their offer of £20, because as I mentioned above, the sandals are wearable. As promised, the refund of £20 has been paid into my bank account this morning! I know I have been fortunate, the majority of people have not been as lucky as I have, but I just had to put it out there, that on this occasion the result was satisfactory. With the refund that made my order a little over £40 (for x3 pairs of sandals} making each pair around £13. However, to summarise, I would be reluctant to order from Stridepure again, just by purely going from the overwhelming majority of the negative reviews, but on this occasion they have done the decent thing!

Not able to return shoes for a refund as no response from the ‘customer service’ email address provided. I wish I had read reviews first. This company is bogus. Although shoes sent they are rubbish and not what they promote on their website.
Please don’t buy from this company you will be disappointed and lose your money.

Cheap Chinese knock offs. Stride Pure will not allow returns as they are NOT UK based, despite the address given on the website, and will not refund your money if the shoes are unsatisfactory.
I became suspicious when the delivery date pushed out from 2 days to two weeks and sure enough, the product was nasty, rigid, unwearable plastic rubbish and the returns policy proved to be a work of fiction.

Achtung Betrug Abzocke !!!!!
