scammer they are using fake address and telephone number, so you will never get your refund as they claim they did not receive the shoes back and the quality of the shoes is bad . same shoes found on TEMU for a fraction of the price they sale. scammer

Ordered three pairs of sandals which looked good on line. They were terrible quality and the wrong size. Now doing battle to get £89 refunded. They have offered me a £30 refund with a £59 handling fee. Fake company, do not order from them

I have Plantar Faciitus and have tried a number of footwear. These are by far the best, so much so I have ordered another pair.
The toe width and arch support are brilliant and as for the heel comfort it's like walking on marshmallows.
I have just seen the other reviews on trust pilot and I'm shocked as the white pumps i received are brilliant

The company charged me separately another shipping cost which I already included in the total amount I paid for my order. They managed to do it by accessing my credit card details without me authorising it.
MY initial payment was made by my PayPal account, since I never reveal any personal credit card. I'm investigating this fraud. They REFUSE to REFUND TO PAY ME MY UNAUTHORISED CHARGE UNTILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER.

Your company is refusing to give me full refund less postage you offered me £15 back & keep the shoes why would i keep what doesnt fit they are not wide & to be honest not a gd size 6 which is all i am

They are too small and returning them doesn’t seem like an option. They are a size 5 and should be a size 6. I never have trouble with this issue in the uk so assume these are made smaller than here in uk. Very disappointing

Awful fake shoes and there is no real customer number or returns policy. It’s fraud

Fraud - do NOT buy. Tracking links are invalid, trying to charge visa multiple times (had to have visa put a block on). Total scam.

When ordered the order confirmation went into my spam box. Shoes arrived in a bag with no paperwork. Shoes too small in length and width and not fit for purpose. Asked for a returns form several times. They offered to give me £15. I paid over £40. At first I refused and they sent me a returns address which didn't exist. I asked for £20 which they transferred. Still lost over £20.

Wish I had read the reviews before buying.

Eventually after emailing to see if they had received the shoes, I was offered a £10 refund instead of the price I paid. £35.95.

I have had exactly the same experience as the previous reviewers. I was offered 10 when I asked how to return shoes which do not fit. I did not accept as this was not nearly what I paid. So now I have shoes I cannot wear and a loss of 40. Does this not contradict my consumer rights. This company should not be trading.

I've been very foolish to order from StridePure without reading any reviews. I ordered orthopaedic sandals for bunion correction - reduced to £30 so I expected a really good quality leather sandal. Just the opposite- 12 days for delivery and the most rubbish quality I've ever seen - not even worth £5 in my opinion. Very difficult to contact the firm - eventually accepted £10 refund after several attempts to send them back for a full refund. Couldn't recommend to anyone.

What awful shoes. I have been trying to get my refund and they continue to ignore or suggest less than 50% refund. Their website contact information is fake. I called the telephone number and it belongs to a private lady who left a message stating the number is fake. I do not understand how PayPal allows a fake company to use their payment platform to operate in the UK. It's a typical cheating Chinese company. Modern day pirates.
