We ordered a Stella sofa & ottoman, 2 recliner chairs and 6 dinning chairs in June 23.
7 months later we still have no idea when they will be delivered.
Apparently they are in dispute with the shop we bought them from and its not there problem.
They took a 50% deposit on order placement June 23.
So we would suggest you be very careful with this company as they can hold your goods as long as they like. And just ignore the end customer.
Typical northern European arrogant behavior.
Apparently the chairs are very nice to bad about the company.

Love our new lounge & recliners. The colour is great & very comfortable

My Opal chair had button problems which required many warranty repairs until Ekornes replaced the chair with a modified up down button. Of course it took four months to arrive. At no cost

We found our sales lady very helpful, she didn’t make us feel rushed an we asked plenty of questions .

An absolutely great chair. The chair is extremely comfortable. It is well made and the finish is exceptional.

The recliner was delivered at the agreed time without any hitches. The delivery was made with care. The recliner comfort was as expected. I am truly satisfied with my purchase.

My Garda recliner was delivered on the day promised. I was very happy with the sales service I got from Francis, the Sales Consultant at Domayne Belrose.
I only noticed the next day that there were a few wrinkles on the leather seat (puddling). When I queried this with the store, the advice was to leave it alone to smooth out in time. Cushion is not removable (for me to fluff) so there is nothing I can do but to get used to the look, I suppose. Today, into the first month later, situation remains the same.
A bit disappointed especially since recliner wasn’t cheap, I don’t think the upholsterer or assembler did a 100% good job, although chair is most comfortable; hopefully it will remain comfortable for many years as per Stressless reputation!

Good service & advice at the store. Price was competitive. Plenty of advice on delivery which was trouble free.

After Covid, Rowes, Toowoomba, Australia (where we bought the sofa) asked us to wait 20 weeks. It was great to get the sofa in 16 weeks, before Christmas.

We were shown the range of Stressless products in store with no pressure to purchase, we
were allowed to sit in the chairs to find the right size, we were also shown a frame of the chair to help us understand how these chairs are designed. Clint is very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and Mick delivered to us as was confirmed. The chairs and stool were covered to avoid any damage in transport. Very impressed with our chairs.

First Tracy, then Lisa at Castle Hill and then Nermis at Alexandria showed every sign of honesty and trust-worthiness and they were all doing their utmost to ensure that we obtained exactly the chair I wanted.
Their team effort (though they did not know this) was impressive.
As I write, I'm sitting comfortably on a lovely office chair and feeling completly 'STRESSLESS'. Thank you.

Great service from Valentines and no problems with delivery

I would like more instructions about the product especially related to the leather care and battery.

Outstanding service. Chairs purchased were exactly as we visioned after trying them out in store. Chairs delivered with care. Very comfortable, beautifully made.

We considered the size, comfort, features, design, options, warranty and price of our recliners and were assured by the recommendation of a family member who affirmed the lasting quality of their Stressless product. There was a 5 month wait time between payment of our deposit and delivery. In the three weeks sibce their delivery, we are very happy with our decision, the recliners are meeting our expectations and we anticipate that will be the situation for long into the future.

It took awhile to arrive but understood plus gave me the chance to save to pay for it.it arrived today 12th December 2023 and aam happy with the friendly service of the delivery guys staff at Beatrice's when I was purchasing my chairs.many thanks
