AMAZING!!!
I felt very well taken care by the whole organisation, the guides were fun and amazing, and the location was perfect. They are very adaptable to various swimmers levels, it was AWESOME!

I highly recommend Strel Swimming for a fantastic adventure swim holiday! This was my first swim holiday and it will not be my last! I will definitely book my next swim trip with Strel. Our guides were friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable (about the local culture and swimming, of course), and amazing coaches. I met wonderful new friends on the trip from around the world, which was an unexpected perk of the holiday and I think that really speaks to the quality of the guides on our trip and their ability to bring a diverse group of people together for a fantastic holiday!

My second Strel SwimCation, this time in beautiful Kaş, Turkey, and Borut did it again!

From start to finish, everything was brilliantly organized: clear information, perfectly planned swims for all levels, delicious and balanced swimmer-friendly meals, smooth boat rides, and a wonderful mix of local culture and social life.

Our local swim guide, Ozan, not only kept us safe but also shared his local knowledge and hidden gems. Osman and his family made every boat trip a pleasure and treated us to fantastic food.

Where else can you do what you love—swim, swim, and swim some more—surrounded by like-minded people, feeling safe yet challenged, while exploring breathtaking coastlines, crystal-clear waters, and fascinating underwater scenery?

An incredible combination of swimming, adventure, friendship, and local experiences. Another unforgettable SwimCation to treasure. Highly recommended!

We had a awesome experience this was my first swim vacation . The swim staff were very accommodating a made swiming in open water feel safe. I appreciated the swim technique analysis, coffee, cookies and the lunches the crew provided on the boat. Thank you once again .

This is my 4th trip with Strel and as usual it was wonderful. The guides are always fun and I trust them implicitly with safety and swim expertise. Strel is a personal favorite - very accommodating and has a very personal feel - like a family. Korcula is a gorgeous place to stay and swim. Water is crystal clear and warm. Perfect swim holiday!

Words fail to describe how fantastic the Korcula swimtrip was. The whole trip was so professional organised, we had nothing to worry about, just enjoying everything. Borut Strel and Masha our lifeguards took such great care for us. Nicolai the captain completed this great team. We were so lucky to have Martin Strel with us!
The whole scenery was out of this world. We had hot drinks after every swim
and nice lunches on the boat. One great luch in a restaurant on the isand with outstanding view. The hotel was superfriendly, the breakfast was great, with lots of vegetables.
The feedback on the swimvideo from Borut were fantastic.

Outstanding experience swimming off Vela Luka, Croatia with Strel swimming run by Borut and his inspirational father Martin who swam the Amazon and his very knowledgeable and supportive team Masa and Nikolai. We felt supported and encouraged throughout the swims and would not hesitate to return.

One of the best experiences of my life! I loved every minute of it. The team were incredibly knowledgeable and gave super feedback on how to improve. The hotel and staff there were also very friendly and helpful. The icing on the cake was having the Big River Man with us in person. Yes the swimming legend himself. WOW

I did the 4 day swim trip in Korcula, Croatia as a non-swimmer. I was able to kayak with the swimmers and then swim shorter distances towards the end of the swims. I felt totally included and catered for. I also participated in the stroke analysis and got some great tips to improve my swimming.
The staff, Masa, Borut and Nicola were so helpful and accommodating.
Martin Strel joined the group which was very entertaining.
I'd definitely recommend this trip.

Despite several emails I have had no response. We had to cancel our trip due to medical reasons and contacted our contact more than three months before the trip, offering to cancel or move the booking to next year. We never received any response. I understand that there are cancellation policies but I am disappointed not to receive a response at all. I expected better communication and a willingness to find a solution.

What a holiday! Amazing and unforgettable in every way! We've just spent six wonderful days swimming in the crystal clear waters at Kaş. Throughout the trip we were supervised and encouraged by our two highly professional guides, Aoife and Diane, for whom swimmer safety was always a priority. They were excellent. Well done and thank you both! Our boat was spacious and comfortable with delicious lunches and snacks served on board each day. Friendly group dynamics added to the fun. All in all a super experience! Don't miss it!

I had a really good experience on the Korčula swimming tour. The swims were well organized, with beautiful locations around the island and a relaxed atmosphere throughout the trip. The distances were manageable while still giving you a proper swimming experience, and everything felt safe and well planned.
A great way to combine open-water swimming with exploring Korčula. I really enjoyed the trip.

My first open water experience. It’s addictive! Borut and his crew made our trip unforgettable, even being at beginner level I felt safe and comfortable. My husband could join comfortably by Kajak. And we even had the honour to swim with Martin! Will definitely come back

My daughter and I just finished the Montenegro Fjords and Coves tour with Matej and Tea and want to say that we had a wonderful time. We loved making new friends in our small group, swimming and getting constructive feedback to help us swim better, exploring beautiful scenery while swimming and hiking, trying local cuisine, and laughing and having fun in the water🤗 Matej, Tea, the Captain of the “Manda” and his sailor man were knowledgeable of the weather and water currents and adjusted our swims and supervised us well to make sure we were always safe. This trip was a wonderful experience and a “dream come true”.

What a great time!! My second swimcation with Borut was absolutely amazing!! Kas Turkiye is a dream destination and the swimming was excellent. Beautiful boat, great locations, the lunches were so delicious 😋 Everything was was so fabulous!! We will be back again for sure, with or without the SB group!! Thank you so much 😊

Hi, I am Emma, 64 year old women with childhood swim background. In recent years I did not work out a lot unfortunately, but still wanted to try one of the most promising swim holidays that I found on social media. Chose Turkey in early September and I would wholeheartedly recommend the trip and Aoife especially as a swim guide. She was truly one of the people who made our swimming trip in Kaş such a wonderful and memorable experience.

This was a challenging trip—we swam around 3-4 kilometres each day—and Aoife’s experience, professionalism and knowledge were invaluable throughout. What made her particularly special, though, was the way she combined that expertise with genuine kindness, patience and encouragement. She always seemed to know when someone needed a little extra support or motivation, and her positive attitude made a real difference.

Aoife accompanied one of our swimming groups from her kayak, always attentive, encouraging and completely engaged with the swimmers. Having her there gave us a great sense of confidence and security, while at the same time she helped us enjoy the challenge and appreciate just how extraordinary the experience was.

And the swimming itself was spectacular. The sea around Kaş was incredibly clear, beautifully blue and wonderfully warm. Swimming through such beautiful water every day, supported by Aoife and the rest of the team, and returning to our lovely boat afterwards made the whole experience very special.

We really, really enjoyed this trip. It was physically demanding at times, but also immensely rewarding, and Aoife played a huge part in making it such a positive experience. Her expertise was greatly appreciated, but even more than that, we appreciated her warmth, kindness and constant encouragement.

I would swim with Aoife again without hesitation and would very happily recommend her to anyone considering a swimming trip with her. She is an exceptional guide and a genuinely lovely person.
