Great experience, good communication, fast delivery and i got a free gift. This is the 3rd pair of glasses I have bought from them over the years and I still love them. They look great, lightweight and comfortable.

Great little company, had their Cyberfox Tee for a good few years now and the design still looks fresh and patch isn't going anywhere, quality. Bought some shades a couple of years ago and they are banging, broke them last week so I got some more. Great company, quality items and a personal feel to orders would definitely purchase again

The item I bought 2 of (Minimal Jersey Beanie) was wrongly described as 100% cotton on their website page. It actually contains elastane as well. Street Panda Clothing refunded the amount I paid after I returned them, but did not respond to several requests for a refund of the return postage cost, which they are obliged to refund under UK Consumer Law. They appeared to ignore my emails on this matter, but replied to my other emails OK. They quickly corrected the item description, presumably thanks to me letting them know of the error. I had to get the postage refunded through my bank instead (proving my case with screenshots), but I shouldn't have had to go to that extent. I've never had this kind of problem with other retailers.

That's what they've got wrong - A retailer may have to effectively refund more than the amount originally paid in the case of incorrectly described goods, bought online, because of the cost of getting those items back. Street Panda Clothing did not do that. Their terms and conditions cannot override consumer rights under UK legislation. They cannot just say "we can't do that".

This right is clearly explained in the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
(8)Whether or not the consumer has a duty to return the rejected goods, the trader must bear any reasonable costs of returning them, ...

I simply asked for a refund of my return postage cost. I paid Royal Mail for that, and my bank understood it quickly enough. As soon as they saw a copy of my posting receipt, and proof that Street Panda Clothing had corrected the webpage description after my purchase, they realised straight away that I was out of pocket, and immediately arranged for the refund through the cashback scheme. This method can be used when the customer does not get anywhere with the retailer.

Assuming they mean my £3.39 return postage cost, it's not really about the sum of money involved. It clearly wasn't worth all that effort for £3.39. It's about the principle that the law is there to protect people, and if someone buys something based on clearly inaccurate information supplied, then they should not have to lose out by even a penny in returning the goods. I ordered 100% cotton beanies, Street Panda Clothing sent me 97%/95% cotton beanies, so therefore they should pay the cost of getting the items back - not me.

Most retailers would be grateful that a customer had brought to their attention their mistake. Instead, Street Panda Clothing expect me to return their misdescribed items free of any charge to them, call me 'ridiculous' and complain about a 'very sad experience'.

All their emails were read carefully. I was 'emailing and emailing' because they were 'ignoring and ignoring' those emails. I was making my case clearly, with evidence, and attempting to seek resolution. I don't see anything wrong with that.

I have no idea what this is meant to mean. I haven't used ChatGPT for anything related to this as far as I can remember. Maybe I just have more knowledge about consumer rights than Street Panda Clothing appear to have.

I've not had such a ridiculous experience with a retailer in 30+ years of buying online. The few similar issues I've had were resolved properly and quickly.

My review remains unchanged. It is entirely accurate and fair.

Streetpandaclothing offers great quality products with standout service. Sunglasses are smartly designed and well-packaged. The tees are soft, maintain their fit after washes, and feel as comfortable as higher-end brands. Communication was excellent, notably with Max, who kindly assisted with an order adjustment. Despite a minor hiccup with stock availability, the overall experience was positive and the team was very helpful. Designs are vibrant and as advertised. With the excellent customer service and comfortable fit, I'd definitely recommend and plan to purchase again.

Sunglasses are really smart and everything was well packaged but the tee shirt has frayed at the seam a bit after one wash so im not sure how long that will last.

I ordered a t shirt for my son for his birthday, unfortunately I hadn’t realised that he had gone from a medium to a large!!! Street Panda we’re happy to replace it and I had a lovely and friendly message from them. Really good t shirt too, looks great and excellent quality.

So; what started as just a query as to whether or not Street Panda would be making more Fox related items lead to them taking an existing (awesome product) and customising it for me.

Awesome customer service, great quality product, will 100% be a returning customer.

Nice that when you order an XL T-shirt it actually comes XL and actually fits . Also fingerless gloves are decent. No complaints
