Poor customer service and order not arrived *updated*
Previously wrote a review to say I was unhappy with the service and rated 1 star.
Communication / customer service is lacking / ordered something for Christmas and received no communication other than that there were delays- no time scale for this delay. I emailed 2 times and didn’t receive a response so instead had to try and make contact with the influencer whose line it was. They chased it for me. We received a mass email about a week later advising of delays and advising that we should contact the store for our tracking number. I emailed and got a response instantly. Product arrived today via tracked mail. Great quality product, would be 5 stars if there were alternative ways of contacting.

Amazing customer service highly recommend
I placed an order around black friday so was worried it wouldnt arrive emailed support and they reassured me it was on its way. The very next day my order arrived well packaged the customer support are amazing the site is easy to use would highly recommend and will definitely purchase again

Amazing customer service!
I was concerned my order hadn’t been dispatched/wasn’t going to arrive in the time stated on the website. Emailed customer service and they replied almost instantly updating me, reassuring me that my order should arrive the following day and to email back if it doesn’t for them to chase it. Amazing customer service, and would buy from them again in no time knowing how they look after their customers. Thanks so much Streamz!! ☺️

Hi Ryan, we thought it was appropriate to respond to this. Of course, we have been in contact via email and explained all of this. The item was ordered on the 30th December, we then dispatched this on the 5th January which is within our 5 - 7 working days delivery window. Royal Mail then failed to deliver the parcel until the 13th which, of course, we had no control over. You have not asked via email for a refund or denied the fact you have now received the item.
Trustpilot reviews like this can really effect businesses especially as we did everything we could to make sure it arrived on time. We wish you all the best and would be more than happy to discuss this further via email or phone call.

Definitely recommend Streamz
Definitely recommend Streamz. I had a clothing brand and was buying a lot of stock, which caused me to have a significant amount of dead stock. I spoke to Ben, who was really helpful, and after the call, he got started right away. Their ship-to-demand feature meant I no longer had to predict the sizes that would sell and send my customers to a website. Instead, they could order any size on any design, and Streamz would take care of delivering the clothing to them. 👍 I highly recommend them. If you're not using them for your clothing brand, I definitely recommend you give them a try as they saved me a lot of money

A great way of adding a full clothing range for our gym facility without having to invest in/hold lots of stock. Archie and his team have always been quick to respond and have kept me informed through every step of the process. A pleasure to deal with and a great service.
