As Canadian customers, we have been experiencing problems with connection such as freezing channels, no volume or the image in screen does not match the sound. When we raised it customer service, we were told that they'll fix when their team find the time. We have been waiting patiently for 5 hours!. Their priority are US and UK! We are all paying customers and I think that's unacceptable. So if you are a Canadian customer accessing Canadian channels - you're at the bottom of the tier when it comes to receiving customer service. Very disappointing and I think paying customers - irrespective - should be treated equally and fairly.
My husband signed up on 23rd for one month, they then cu us off on the 22nd one day earlier without warning or asking if we want to renew. During the one month they Never got a new movie added. Bad customer service. Some of the movies we watched wasn't too bad.Looking for another company.
I have had this service for two weeks now and have not been able to watch anything, channels do not load, constant buffering if I can get a channel to load, epg on perhaps 10% of channels...PLEASE do not waste your money on streambuddy you are just throwing it away. I thought being Canadian and going with a Canadian iptv service the quality would be better instead of going with an overseas service not the case here so once again I recommend staying away from streambuddy
