David Bennett has been very helpful and great at explaining how the program works. I had a signing agent came to my house within hours. I highly recommend the Strategic Consulting. I actually recommended them to one of my creditors staff while making a call to have my auto pay freeze. She said she would definitely look into getting her debts consolidated. They send you a fake pre approval letter and it’s just a waste of time from there. They’re no different from any other lenders. But this one in particular got upset at me for asking questions and basically not wanting to waste my time because I knew something I wasn’t gonna like was coming. Ariel, was unkind and even ended up hanging up the phone on me. Saying that he’s here to advise me on my finances. Ummm no I just called cause I got a pre approval letter to pay off debt. I didn’t want to discuss my family’s financial decisions in the future. What a nosy, and arrogant person! No I don’t recommend!

When I called and shared my situation the professional way that I was helped, and the breakdown of my debts, and how long it would take to pay them off. With our economy it is so difficult just to live, but consolidation is the best way I feel for me. My questions was answered in a very courteous, and respectful. My experience I have had I will refer others to you all.

My husband received a letter in the mail from strategic consulting and was able to resolve his debt which prompted me to contact the same representative. Tom, who was also able to help in resolving my debt. The representative Tom was very helpful and understanding and knowledgeable, and answered any questions that came up.
