When you tell them you are not interested they will toss your credit rating, debt to income ratio, and tell you that you will NOT get a loan. When you ask for a supervisor they will put you on hold and then disconnect the phone. The company becomes unresponsive to your calls and texts.

All of us have circumstances. All of us are trying. All of us deserve RESPECT! This company did not demonstrate empathy and respect!

I hope they do go back and reevaluate how they handle people!
