Strata Anmeldelser

Jeff was incredibly friendly and respectful in my home. He checked everything and fixed what he could efficiently and completely. He gave me recommendations for shrinking issues and explained why they were happening.
My overall experience with Strata has been completely stress free.
Thank you Jeff

Very helpful sales consultant. Could answer all my questions. Houses were lovely.

Mally and Adam came to sort my creaky stairs and they did a brilliant job. It’s like walking on clouds now! Mally also adjusted my front door which was sticking which he didn’t need to do so went out of his way.

We had an issue with the front door not shutting or locking as it should. Jeff, did an excellent job, knew what the problem was and rectified it. He was more helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Jeff came into my property at Identity, Seacroft Leeds to help fix a faulty door. Jeff was really polite and smart and resolved the issue within 5 minutes. Such great service rendered by Jeff.

Jeff came out to us this morning, and what an amazing service we got! Not only did he sort what he came out for he also noticed a few other snags and got them sorted there and then for us, honestly an amazing service and such a friendly guy! Thank you again to you Jeff, you were brilliant!🥰

Jeff was absolutely fantastic. He was kind, polite and efficient. Most importantly I cannot fault his work - brilliant.

Mally and Ryan attended our property to do some repairs and they were great! Both were very knowledgeable and knew exactly what work was required which they carried out with a great level of professionalism. I just want to say a big thank you to them both.

Strata are the biggest cowboys I know. Been in the house three years and still Strata are arguing the toss over snagging items.

Jeff came and did my 6 month review to address any problems he was very thorough and polite thank you

I have been to many other builders but my experience at strata was exhausting, from the customer experience manager to the financial advisor practically making life difficult. We were not duly informed about deadlines until we made a reservation. Everything surround the deal was centered around strata without any considerations for the customer. My wife was practically mentally exhausted and I had to request for a refund of my deposit even though we wanted the house. We didn’t feel supported and encouraged to get our house with strata - they were just issuing deadlines in a very hostile way without empathy.

Second review for Strata - we’ve now been in our lovely home on the Cherish site for three months and the level of service has been amazing. The service team are always prompt in responding and get works booked in straight away - thank you to Karla and Kristie who are always on hand to help.

Another big thank you to Jeff who has been out again today - he goes above and beyond every time he comes out - he’s really friendly and does a great job, his attention to detail is second to none and he’s lovely with my 3 year old who always wants a nosey at what work he’s doing!

We are really happy in our home and recommend Strata to anyone thinking of buying a new build.

Was interested in a property but due to circumstances at the time I was unable to follow through with it. However, Jen at Anthem in Beverley managed to help me save it until I was ready. Thanks to Jen I've managed to follow through with the process for the house and couldn't be happier!! With me being a first time buyer I thought this process would've been a lot more difficult, but she was extremely helpful and always provided updates to me whenever possible. I simply wouldn't of been able to get through this without her.

Jen in the Beverley office was extremely friendly and professional and gave me all the information I required. I was able to view the property I was interested in and the whole experience went well. Thank you for all your help Jen and the follow up calls too. Much appreciated

We could not believe our eyes when we receive the keys to our home. Thanks to Bethany Harris who made this journey seamless, she supported and encouraged us throughout the journey even after she was transferred.
Thanks to strata for making our dream a
reality. (The Dream Hull)

Barry continues to get through my snagging list always with a jolly smile, so experienced and helpful and always goes out of his way to help, thanks as always Barry!

Mally came to do all our snags. He even took time to spot different snags we never noticed and rectified them. Top guy.

Betty was amazing, her service was very pleasant and friendly. She made us feel very welcome and comfortable. We have recommended the desire site to a lot of people

We already have a Strata property in Wakefield and recently went to view a house on the Desire site in Leeds. The houses do look to have improved from the one we bought 6 years ago. The viewings were made really impressive by Bethany (Betty) who took time to show us round several properties all of different styles. She was really knowledgeable, not pushy and a pleasure to meet. I would recommend contacting Betty should you be looking to purchase a Strata property in the area.

An Exceptional Experience with Kiera and the Attraction Development Team
Our journey to homeownership was truly seamless, thanks to the incredible support from Kiera at Attraction Development. From start to finish, she was an absolute delight to work with, genuinely kind, highly professional, and wonderfully approachable. Her warmth and dedication made the entire process feel easy and stress-free.
Kiera went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care and clarity despite the fact that we were a little bit impatient😂. There were days I visited 4 times and she was attentive all through. It’s rare to find someone so personable and efficient, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her by our side. With outstanding team members like Kiera, choosing Strata again would be an easy decision.
The entire sales team at Attraction Development has been equally exceptional supportive, attentive, and committed to excellence. Shout out to Fran, Rebecca( Becky) and the big boss Emily. We are deeply grateful for the experience and couldn't recommend them more highly.
