I have large concerns about this company. I booked a stay via Booking.com which was cancelled because the property did not have the required paperwork in place. STR solutions reached out directly to assure me that the paperwork would be in place before the booking was due to take place and asked me to secure the booking directly with them, which I did. 3 days before the booking date, they cancelled the booking as the paperwork was not yet in place (5 months later). They still have not provided my refund and have gone silent. There has been no response to at least 6 emails enquiries and they do not answer the phone, it goes to voicemail. Hopefully this review may spur them into action as I am currently significantly out of pocket and they seem to have no appetite to make the situation right.
