strapworks is a great place to find what you need for any project when needing strapping and hardware. the inventory is extensive and prices are what i would expect to pay for high quality strapping.

I was pleased with the items I recieved. Shortly after placing my order I recieved a call saying that one of the items was temporarily out of stock. I was asked if I wanted to have them ship the rest of the order and ship the out of stock item later, cancel the out of stock item, substitute anoter similar item, or hold the order until the item was out of stock. Since I didn't need it right away I opted to have them hold the order until the item was back in stock. I recieved an email notification when the order was sipping. Not many companies these days give yo ua personal call to check your wishes.

USPS lost the shipment. Strapworks immediately sent out a duplicate order with 2 day shipping. Couldn't ask or expect better customer service.Job well done!

I design and make backpacks and some boot repairs. Everything I'm looking for on your site is easy to find and you have everything I need one stop shopping. All products are well described photos show details o have no complaints.

Selection was pretty good. Found some things I was looking for. Straps were made custom and arrived in not much time. Have bought from them before - don't need straps etc very often but it's great to know the company is there when necessary. Reliable. Would recommend.

Website said the straps were black but they came with a yellow thread running up the center of the strap. No mention of this in the description. I mentioned that to the lady that processed my RMA and she said "oh yeah, that's good feedback". They waived my restocking fee but I had to pay for shipping both ways. It cost me $20 to give them a good idea and I got nothing. Better service elsewhere imo.

I received the wrong color. I emailed to see if I could return the rolls I received in the wrong color but after two days have not yet heard back. The ordering process was good though.

I could search by the size and color I wanted, and it was easy to find and order.

Availability of custom straps and hardware is wonderful. Customer support was able to assist me with last minute items to be included with original order.
