If I could give negative stars I would. This company will rip you off then their CS will condescend to you like you are the one that’s bad. I’d tell you their product is crap but since I never received it I can not.

Please don’t be fooled by their attempt to look good here!!! I stand by my review after many attempts to straighten it out and being totally ignored!!!!

UPDATE-they posted a response asking me to contact them for resolution, however I have contacted them and now they are ghosting me and not responding. I also turned in a Better Business Bureau complaint and BBB has been unable to get a response from them as well.

Do not do business with this business, Straight Commerce! I researched on Google the best Wi-Fi booster for home use and was referred to this company which was the only place to buy the net boost Wi-Fi booster. This company shipped an inferior product it was not the net boost product, I have tried to get a refund and I'm getting the runaround. The product they sent me has terrible Google reviews. This company obviously practices deceptive practices. Do not do business with them unless you want to be ripped off.

First off, this business Straight -(hyphen) Commerce is NOT a Corporation. They trick customers by hijacking a well known Technology suppliers name, only with a hyphen, then spam your Google searches with their USELESS Alibaba JUNK and over charge the he'll out of you. I spent $75 for a cheap Chinese cam that does NOTHING!! IT Claimed to have night vision it does not. It claimed to see at a great distance IT can't even read license plate in full sunlight. The product is not ever even in their hands so they don't know how to give tech support. These are simply broke stupid California hobos that stole the consumers by deception. I had the product a month before I even opened it because of how long it took to arrive. SCREW THIS COMPANY I HOPE I CAN PROVE THEY GAVE ME SARCOMA so I can sue them back to wherever they came from. #capiche

This compnay is truely unhelpful when it comes to returns. I am still trying to just get a simple address or refund from them to return my items, They keep offering me 20% off the price, no, i just want to return them, even if i am out of pocket returning these items i will do it. Please be aware when you buy good from this compnay as if you do not wish them it will be extremely hard to return them.

I cancelled my order and it was ship. I want to return to sender but thereymo address. Box is unopened. How can I get an address?

I ordered a humidifier called Dreamzy, which had been rated positively by a site that seemed similar to Wire-cutter. It was described as having a large tank, 24 hours of whisper-quiet operation, and that it could cover a 500 sq ft room in minutes. It was surprisingly expensive: $64.95, $12.75 shipping, and $4.55 tax, for a total of $82.29.
During the lengthy process of tracking my order, the name Dreamzy seemed to disappear. Instead, I received a small generic humidifier labeled F15, slightly taller than a coffee cup. It came with small-print directions in Chinese.
I complained to a customer service agent who claimed "they'd run out of the model I purchased, and this - the F15 was somehow a new version.
The item I received was not in any way an equivalent substitution, and I asked for a pre-paid return label. Straight Commerce said I'd have to pay for my own return shipping to California (from NC), and they would charge a restocking fee of $5, plus additionally subtract the $12.75 initial shipping fee from my refund.
I challenged and escalated my complaint through the Paypal Resolution Center. Straight Commerce however has not budged, demanding a tracking number to prove I had shipped the item back before I could expect a refund. PayPal said they couldn't force them to supply a prepaid returned label, nor could they help me to regain the expensive double shipping and restocking fees.
Subtracting the shipping fees (2x $12.79) and the restocking fee ($5), my refund would shrink to half of what I paid, on top of the genuine aggravation of dealing with them.
I will be donating the item to a Rescue's Thrift shop and washing my hands of the matter, but buyer beware!
