Absolute scam, taken money from my account and never received my order!!! Should have read the reviews

Avoid- After Ordering from this company who took the money straight away, 2 weeks later of no update the the “tracking” information sent via Hermes who were yet to receive the package from stove glass - direct. I attempted to contact them. No response to multiple emails and voicemails I have left. Absolute disgrace how this company has not been shut down after reading the other reviews, reported to trading standards.

Complete crooks.
Waited four weeks for items to arrive. Nothing.
Emailed them- no reply.
Phoned and eventually got through. They checked my order number and said it had been sent out that day. It has not arrived.
The reviews say it all. I should have rerad them before placing the order.

Do not use this company, I wish I had read Trust pilot, the money £53 was taken same day, over 2 weeks later, nothing. They do do NOR respond to email or pick up the phone

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES.I have had the same experience as hundreds of other people wish i had read the reviews before hand(lesson learned) Reporting to the police and trading standards.

Do not use this company, it is a scam company not to be confused with Stoveglass Direct.
Placed an order for glass and received confirmation and debit card payment taken from my bank.
No glass has been delivered, fake parcel force tracking number on the invoice, no response, from numerous emails requesting an update on my order. Contact number directed to a voicemail box which is full. Dispute raised with company and debit card payment cancelled with my bank.
BEWARE, Don't be scammed by thus company.

This Company actually needs no stars as a review. Complete Liars. Take you're money criminally and refuse to send you your item, Please read all of these reviews and DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am amazed they haven't already been closed down yet.

Criminals is the word i would use to describe this Company. They should be called Lowlife scum Stoveglass-direct.co.uk in my opinion. Don't expect to get what you order,they take your money and nothing arrives.

An update! After posting this I did finally receive my glass. However I have since found a cheaper quicker more reliable online company

Further to my previous review. After leaving a no nonsense message on the firms answerphone together with my order number I have today 22/11/21 received my glass. Nothing further to add other than order eventually fulfilled.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ITS A FRAUDULENT FIRM. Ordered glass for my Hunter stove, when it never arrived tried calling and emailing but have had no reply. The telephone no. goes straight to voicemail full message. BEWARE

Same as everyone else I am afraid to say no communication no product, its seems Richard Musgrove makes a living from stealing from people, I will do whatever i can to recover my money and stop this from happening to others.

Very fast processing of the order and payment taken. But they do not ship the order and do not respond to emails or calls to either the company email address or phone numbers or the details associated with the PayPal account.
This appears to be a fraudulent company, do not under any circumstances order from them.

I have just reported this website to the uk police using the link above. Have paid for goods that I haven't received. No answer to calls.

Avoid.
I too made the mistake of not looking at these reviews and joined the long list of would be customers waiting for goods or a refund.
5th. October, I placed an order for a door glass, glue and sealing ropes and received confirmation emails from stoveglass-direct immediately and an email linking to Hermes parcel tracking.
Nothing turned up and no communication.
18th. October, I sent an email asking why goods had not been sent and phoned the following day, having to leave a message on the answer phone.
I received no reply to either so on 22nd. October I sent an email and posted a letter asking for a refund.
A week later, having received no reply and no refund, I began investigating getting a refund via Paypal.
On the 29th. October, Hermes tracking said that they now had the parcel. Perhaps the refund request caused this.
1st November. The parcel was delivered.
For obvious reasons, I considered refusing to accept delivery but didn't want the ensuing hassle. Also I have bought and fitted a glass from Rangemoors, which was ordered Friday and delivered on Sunday. Excellent service!
I am considering myself lucky as I have actually received the goods which is apparently better than what happens to a lot of customers.
I also feel extremely sorry for the company “stoveglassdirect”, without the hyphen. Their reviews show happy customers and surely having a name so similar to Mr. Richard Musgrove's hyphenated company will damage their sales and reputation.

Appalling company - Avoid at all costs. Ordered a new glass for stove, took money there and then even sent an e mail stating despatched with a tracking number ( fake) then no response, no delivery , no contact . e mail ignored, calls ignored . RIP OFF .Luckily paid with Visa so they can now do them some damage hopefully

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I ordered door glass 2 weeks ago, the money was taken on the same day but no delivery. I have tried to call many times but they don’t answer the phone and it transfers to a full answer machine. Email is not responded to. I have requested a refund from my credit card company and I have contacted the police.

As per the other reviews, I too stupidly put my trust in an online company without reading reviews first.
Placed an order for stove glass over two weeks ago and they happily took payment. Nothing has arrived and no answer to emails or phone calls. Why are these scammers still allowed to trade?

I am gutted I didn't see the reviews before ordering some replacement glass for my woodburner.
They took my money and my order and now 2 weeks later I can't get hold of them. They don't reply to emails or answer the phone.
