Having had so many companies advise why it would be such a difficult install, David, who came recommended, was a total pleasure to deal with. Excellent communications, and basically did what it said on the tin. The whole install went incredibly well, i couldn’t be more grateful. Again, many thanks David, fanatstic job, very pleased.

David maintained regular communication with us throughout the entire process. He kept us informed with updates and addressed any inquiries we had. From the initial quotation to the installation, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism and meticulous attention to detail. He and the team took great care to safeguard our floors and furniture, ensuring that there was no damage during the installation. The end result is truly remarkable. We are absolutely thrilled with the finished product and cannot wait to enjoy our new log burner for many years to come.

Arranged with David to come round and get a quote... complete waste of time. His quote didn't make sense. I tried several times to get more information and eventually he just ignored me to the point I decided to go somewhere else.... time wasted.

David was helpful and professional from start to finish.
He clearly set out the options & drew up a detailed quote; he was able to fit us in at a busy time of the year and get the work completed in just a few days; he left the place spotless; and he explained everything that he was doing and why. With the cold nights setting in, we have once again have turned to our lovely new fire, installed early last spring and I thought I would come to leave a review.
