Lydia Frances was great! I was about to cancel my subscription when, at the last moment, saw a link to schedule a call with a live person.

Lydia was very thorough a great to work with. I will be keeping my subscription and now I know who to call should anything else arise.

J’ai été client chez Storrito pendant plusieurs années. Au début, l’outil servait uniquement à publier automatiquement mes stories, mais sans possibilité d’ajouter de la musique, ce qui était très dommage mais cela restait très pratique.

Ensuite, ils ont annoncé une “V2”, mais seuls certains utilisateurs y avaient accès. On nous a fait miroiter pendant des mois que notre tour allait venir. Résultat : nous avons payé pendant des mois sans jamais avoir accès à cette fameuse version 2.

Au final, lassés d’attendre, nous avons simplement coupé l’abonnement la V1 n'était vraiment plus de tout fonctionnelle.

Ils nous ont remboursé un seul mois, alors que nous en avions payé beaucoup plus pour rien.

Et depuis, impossible d’obtenir nos factures. Le support est inexistant, l’équipe semble totalement absentes. On tourne en rond, aucune solution, aucune professionnalité.

Pire encore : après avoir résilié, l’abonnement a été relancé automatiquement quelques mois plus tard, sans mon accord.

Bref : à fuir totalement.
Il existe des outils bien plus fiables, ET avec un vrai service client. Peut-être que c’était correct au début, mais aujourd’hui, c’est tout simplement catastrophique.

Économisez votre temps et votre argent.

Storrito fonctionne très bien et rend les services attendus sans problème. En plus, je tiens à souligner la réactivité et le soutien apportés par le support. C'est très appréciable, merci !

Trash software made by amateurs. My insta account instantly got banned because of bot behaviour, then I cancelled the subscription sofware and when I wanted to at least download my invoice for my taxes, nobody replied and in the dashboard it's only possible to download an invoice when you have an active subscription?! Hilarious

Highly recommend if you want to save time and often post stories for businesses.

Looking for years for a tool like Storrito. All features you have in the app, you have in Storrito. I manage several accounts and this simply saves a lot of time. You can plan ahead. Edit your stories and put them in a library. You can post your edited story on multiple channels at once instead of needing to remake it. If Storrito keeps up their good work, they'll be used be considered as a top tier tool for stories, as it already is for me.

It's been a great software to use for the last 3 years! Great to be able to add all the stickers/links etc and be able to schedule it without having to think about it later on! It was a little glitchy when using it at times and difficult trying to reconnect Instagram, but I think that's due to Instagram themselves. None of the downsides are enough to lead to frustration though!

As a small business owner managing 11 Instagram accounts, I previously dedicated at least 1.5 hours daily to posting IG stories, assuming a stable internet connection. However, with Storrito, this task is now efficiently completed in roughly 10 minutes. This significant time reduction allows me to allocate my resources to more productive activities. Consequently, every investment in Storrito translates to substantial time savings in daily operations. I highly recommend it for its efficiency and effectiveness.

Gutes Tool um Instagram Stories vorzuplanen. Soweit ich den Markt überblickt habe, sind die die Einzigen, die Stories mit Stickern posten können. Normal Feed Post gehen zwar noch nicht, aber dafür Reels und Stories. Für mich als Agentur Inhaber ziemlich geil, bzw. für meine Mitarbeiter #WeekendOff 😉

Storrito usually works and it's so useful and easy to use. There have been some issues recently, but I must say that the assistance is amazing and everything has been immediately fixed.

Ho pagato €36 e speso una giornata intera a preparare delle stories per la mia pagina. Non mi fa connettere l'account IG e l'assistenza è inesistente.

Für sowas Zahl ich doch nichts!

Nach 2 Stunden Nutzung Fazit, da kann ich gleich Meta suite nutzen. Ist gratis und funkt genau so wenig

When Storrito works, it's the best tool for scheduling stories on the market. When it doesn't, well, that's where things get tricky. After a few months using storrito, our accounts started disconnecting very often and no long-term solution was offered by Storrito.

One of our accounts was banned for a short time on a suspition that we are using 3rd party tools, which is not allowed by Instagram.

When we addressed this with support, again, no long-term solution was suggested.

Over all, it's not worth loosing the account over. They have to figure out how to prevent this from happening to earn my business again.

And the answer was absoluty fine, Storrito offer a discount of 20% on a subscription for non-profit organisations like us.

We have a lot of questions about how to apply the discount and Storrito's staff has been helpful at all times.

Thank you guys for developing this awesome tool 🥳 I use Storrito for over 2 years now and it takes a lot off my plate because I can just schedule all the stories in advance. No more annoying editing on my small mobile screen. Awesome!

Storrito.com saves me a lot of time, I no longer need to post my stories on the weekend but can conveniently post everything at the beginning of the week and have it posted for me.
