I've been working with Storm3 for a little over a year to source candidates for multiple roles and they've been amazing to work with. They are very astute at finding highly qualified candidates and take a ton of the legwork out of sourcing candidates for a role. I've ran LinkedIn campaigns at the same time as having Storm3 source candidates, and have always ended up just using the candidates Storm3 provides as they're usually very aligned with our needs, as opposed to the wide range of quality we get through LinkedIn. They also do a great job of providing diverse candidates in all aspects of the word. I also want to give a shout out to Stefani Lukic specifically, as she's been a joy to work with!

Alona is an amazing recruiter. She reached out with an awesome opportunity and guided me all the way through the hiring process until I got the offer. They ( Alona and Lauren) were so great at negotiating as well such that I was happy with my compensation package. They do not just leave you on your own after you’re hired but have regular check ins to see how you’re integrating in the new role.
