Storm2: Unethical, Unreliable, and on the Brink of Collapse
My experience with Storm2 Recruitment (Levin Group) was a disaster. From the start, they were overly pushy—constantly asking me to adjust deadlines and trying to force candidates who were clearly not the right fit. It felt like they were more interested in making a quick placement than genuinely understanding my needs as a client. The whole approach was unprofessional and, frankly, unethical.
It all made sense when I found out about the deeper issues at play. On July 18th, Storm2 went bankrupt, and instead of taking responsibility, the CEO, and the rest of the management team abandoned their employees without any communication or support. Staff in Hamburg and Amsterdam were left unpaid and completely in the dark while the company continued hiring in London and New York. Employees have lost trust, and it's clear they're struggling with staffing—they probably can’t keep up, and it shows in their desperate client approach. Storm2 is falling apart.
I strongly advise against doing business with Storm2. The company is falling apart, and their internal chaos puts your money and processes at serious risk. With ongoing instability, there’s a high chance they won’t be able to deliver on their commitments, leaving you with unfinished projects and poor results. Storm2 is on a steep decline, and you don’t want to get caught in the fallout. Look for a more reliable partner before this situation impacts your business too.

Bankruptcy and Betrayal: Staff Abandoned by Management
Storm2 Recruitment deserves the worst review imaginable. On July 18th, the company was declared bankrupt, and what does the management do? They pull out the investors’ money, leaving all the employees in Hamburg and Amsterdam completely stranded.
No salary in June, no communication whatsoever from the CEO, CFO, or the investors—absolutely nothing. It’s disgraceful how they abandon their staff without any explanation or support.
But that’s not all. While they leave their own people in the lurch, they happily continue hiring new staff in London and New York. This shows how little they care about their employees and how they’re only focused on their own gain. This company is an absolute disaster, and I would strongly advise anyone against ever having anything to do with Storm2 Recruitment.
