Needed an issue with the scooter sorted out remotely and they fixed it immediately with no fuss. Very impressed.

Proud owner of three soon to be four InMotion wheels: V8S, V12S, V14PRO, and V6 on the way. Four thousand miles and counting. Customer support has been responsive and helpful every time I've had an issue.

My battery died within the warranty period and they sent a new one out right away. Could not ask for better service. This cannot be said for all companies. Had an issue with an E-moto straight out of the box and this company called it "normal operation" and had me buy an upgraded motor to fix the issue. After spending $400 the battery finaly totally gave out and only after a lot of hassle did they replace it.

Inmotion V10F Review – A Proven and Versatile Electric Unicycle

The Inmotion V10F is a model that has proven its value over the years, both in everyday commuting and recreational riding. After covering nearly 10,000 km, it’s safe to say this is a solid, well-designed machine worth recommending—especially as a first electric unicycle.

Performance and Ride Comfort

One of the biggest advantages of the V10F is its top speed of around 40–42 km/h, which is more than enough for efficient city travel. The unicycle also offers a very good range, making it suitable for longer daily commutes—even up to 50 km per day.

Weighing about 24 kg, the device remains relatively portable and manageable for everyday use.

On hard, even surfaces, the V10F feels stable and predictable. Riding on bike paths, sidewalks, or asphalt roads is smooth and enjoyable. It also performs well in light off-road conditions such as forest trails and compact dirt paths.

Behavior on Difficult Terrain

The weaker side of the unicycle appears on loose surfaces like sand or gravel. In these conditions, the wheel tends to “wander” or twitch from side to side, which can lead to loss of control and the need to step off. However, this is a common trait among many unicycles of this type and not unique to this model.

Learning Curve and Riding Technique

The V10F is very beginner-friendly while also teaching proper riding technique. Maintaining your center of gravity over the wheel is crucial, especially on uneven terrain. Mistakes such as leaning back while braking on bumps can result in losing balance—but once the technique is mastered, riding becomes smooth and intuitive.

Durability and Maintenance

After approximately 9,700 km, the unicycle has proven to be highly reliable. In practice, maintenance has been limited to:

tire replacement at around 9,000 km
replacement of a cracked side cover
a one-time BMS repair after mud got into the headlight

Aside from that, the device has worked flawlessly, which speaks well of its build quality and durability.

My experience is good with the inmotion company there scooter are exlent, I bought a air pro ,And thought it was great .
I now upgraded to a S1F for the extended mileage ,whating to get in mail

Although I bought the EUC a year ago, the support team continues to help me resolve any issues that arise; it is one of the few Chinese companies that is truly trustworthy.

Inmotion kept in touch with me until my issues were resolved. Very professional.

Prices, payment terms and cancelation options are all better elsewhere. Prices are so bad that, even after paying their absurd 4.4% cancelation fee for a purchase I had just approved, it's still cheaper for me to pay the fee and buy elsewhere

Had a defect on my wheel caused to moisture. Though I had to create a 'ticket' , for older people somehow strange, it did then well.

Purchased my first EUC which ended up being the V14 Pro. Personally weighing at about 210 lbs, I wanted n EUC with more headroom than I needed to avoid any type of cut out (despite the beep warnings). I'll also never push this wheel to its limits of 50 mph or extreme hill climbing abilities, but again wanted as much headroom in the speed and torque to stay safe for my purposes and the V 14 pro fit this bill.

First impressions. It's an absolutely beautiful machine and is extremely well built, assembled and looks very refined. I love the way it looks. From a riding stand point, I know a lot of people will say this shouldn't have been my first EUC, but coming from a background of wake surfing, wake boarding snow skiing and Onewheeling, I figured that it couldn't be all that different... I was wrong lol! It's different, but in the best way possible. After putting on all my safety gear, I started off riding in between my truck and garage using them as "guard rails" to start off. After about 15 times back and forth, I knew I needed to leave the comfort of my guard rails and venture out into the open so down the driveway and into the street I went. I made it and actually started cruising around 9 to 12 mph around my subdivision successfully eventually working my way up to 20 mph. This thing has a completely different skill set than anything else I was accustomed to and I'm happy it does. It's a completely different challenge and one I look forward to putting in the time to acquire the skills needed to safely progress up the ladder.

Is is heavy? Maybe, but I don't have anything else to compare it to in my situation, so to me it's just the way it is. It has the specs to do way more than I'll ever choose to push towards, but again that's what I wanted for safety sake. I got a family and although I like my hobbies and activities, I don't like taking dumb chances, hence the over spec'd out machine for my needs.

I love this thing, enjoy the challenge of learning the new skill and can't wait to keep on building on my experience. Life is short, get the wheel!
