Meno di due anni fa ho acquistato un…
Meno di due anni fa ho acquistato un gioiello d’argento, una collanina con ciondolo, indossata poco, una mattina mentre la stavo allacciando la catenina si è spezzata.Lho portata in negozio con la garanzia che scade a Dicembre 2024 ma con mio dispiacere non mi hanno sostituito il prodotto,in quanto a dir loro era troppo usurato .In alternativa alla garanzia ancora valida di cui ho diritto, mi è stato offerto uno sconto del 20% su un altro oggetto in argento. Questo non è un modo corretto di garantire una garanzia. Per quanto mi riguarda vista la delusione , non acquisterò più in questi negozi.

ci dispiace per quanto riportato nella recensione: purtroppo, come da mail del nostro Servizio Clienti, essendo passato più di un anno e mezzo dalla data di acquisto, non possiamo ricondurre la rottura ad un difetto di fabbrica e procedere con la sostituzione. Il certificato di qualità non copre danni provocati da uso e usura.
Ad ogni modo, la nostra Azienda cerca sempre di trovare la miglior soluzione per i nostri Clienti.
