Ten days since I placed my order, paid in full, and all I get is a tracking number USPS doesn't recognize, and email responses that make flimsy excuses. You got only one star due to the fact that zero stars wasn't an option.

I ordered the Q pods and the H1 pods were in my basket I tried to contact the Co. To explain that I had made a mistake but they were in China and were on some holiday for a week. I left a note but they still sent my order instead of correcting it

This used to be my go-to for my devices but apparently its now run by an AI that is hell bent on screwing the american customer out of their money. They wont give me my order, a reply, or a refund. I will not buy from them again and suggest to everyone to avoid this company unless you like to throw money out the window.

I did not like that I had to send 3 emails to get tracking of my packages. When ordering I was never told my products were or order products. The pods have been out for years. When I ordered it said that the products were in a US facility. Geek ape tried to refund me in a coupon for products that would not be avaailbe till November. Poor customer service. I did not get any tracking formation until I sent a chat . I don’t think I will ever purchase anything from this site again. I would have thought buying directly from the company would be a better experience. I was wrong!!

If I could give it 0 stars I would! My order# is GK200357 ordered a kit and a package of coils the coils said pre order so I went ahead and ordered it. 3 days go by it says coils will be available around October so I was like okay I’ll wait since kits won’t be shipped without coils. I emailed them to see about getting kit shipped and coils canceled but no reply. So i emailed again asking when will items be in stock and come to find out that NOW after I had already placed order and paid the mod kit I wanted is on pre order as well but online it said in stock add to cart! Now mod kit and coils will not be restocked until Nov!!! So I have been emailing trying to cancel my whole order and I have not received a response I also tried to email the support email as well as store email and the support email say they are only for warranty. They advise that I use the chat option on the store website but AGAIN NOTHING!!!! No response!!! I just want my money back!!

They will never answer the emails. Took the money and will never tell me when its going to ship or how to cancel the order.
Buying experience was Great. No Issues at all. Received order in a timely manner. However, I do not like the new Zeus Tank. It slides and flips open. Seems fine until you carry it in your pocket. Twice already it has opened in my pocket and leaked juice all over my clothes and leg. This needs to be changed immediately. Obviously the person who thought this was a good idea does Not Vape.

Bonjour à toutes et à tous,
En tant que vapoteur régulier et fervent utilisateur de la marque Geekvape depuis des années, débutant avec les premiers kits aegis legend 200w jusqu'au dernier, j'avais trouvé encore mieux que la dernière Legend tactile: ma fidèle T200 qui m'a longtemps accompagné. J'ai récemment fait l'acquisition de la Z200, présentée comme une nouveauté prometteuse. Malheureusement, je dois avouer une profonde déception après quelques jours d'utilisation.
Si le **design** est indéniablement réussi et la **puissance de 200W** toujours au rendez-vous, les compromis faits sur ce modèle sont, à mon sens, inacceptables pour une box lancée en 2025.
Mon premier point de frustration concerne la **connectique de charge : un port Micro USB**. À l'heure où l'USB-C est devenu le standard universel pour l'ensemble de nos appareils électroniques : smartphones, tablettes, et même le moindre bibelot a 5€ nécessitant une recharge de batterie utilise l'USB-C (même I-phone qui bandent à part ;) se mettent a l'USB-C). Tout ça alors qu'une directive européenne va bientôt le rendre obligatoire pour les cigarettes électroniques, revenir à du Micro USB est un choix incompréhensible et profondément limitant. Finies les charges d'appoint pratiques en voiture ou chez des amis, puisque plus personne ne possède de tel câble!
Mais c'est pas finis, regardez tout ce qu'a la Z200 "en plus de l'ancienne T200 étant donné que c'est le nouveau modèle :
-ecran tactile sur la T200, supprimé sur la nouvelle Z200 pour soit disant économiser la batterie et pour l'avoir testé et comparé je vous assure que c'est faux ou alors à peine perceptible. Aujourd'hui j'ai changé 2 fois mes 2 accus. Avec la Z200 il vous faut sur vous 6 accus 18650 pour tenir 24h
-la T200 beneficiait d'un très pratique bouton pour verrouiller l'écran tactile, un bouton qu'on retrouve sur tous les kits aegis legend pour verrouiller les 2 boutons afin d'éviter que dans la poche la vapote se mette sur 200w et ainsi brûler votre resistance qui sera bonne à changer
-La nouvelle Z200 n'a aucun nouveau design sur l'écran, mais par contre les différents thèmes qu'on pouvait choisir sur la T200 ont disparu.
-la T200 disposait de beaucoup de modes de fonctionnement, on pouvait la faire fonctionner comme un mod Mécanique. La aussi sur la nouvelle Z200 ça n'existe plus, comme d'autres modes comme le très intéressant VPC disponible sur les kits legend, la Z200 est supposée être meilleure que la Legend la plus récente.
- (j'allais oublier) TOUS les modèles Geekvape sont IP68. Tous sauf un maintenant : la Z200 n'a aucune certification contre l'eau,l'humidité, la poussière, etc
Alors je ne sais pas ce qu'il se passe chez geekvape, mais il y a un sérieux problème de conception.
La prochaine étape c'est quoi? Installer Windows 95 à vos équipes conceptrice de "nouveaux" modèles.
La Z200, votre modèle prestige mérite une note négative
Si je mets 2 étoiles c'est pour vos clearomiser et Résistance qui restent des produits de qualité. Mais si l'avenir des produits Geekvape est à l'image de la Z200, déposez le bilan maintenant, conseil amical et avisé.
Je défie quiconque de prouver que j'ai tors où que j'exagère.
Vous m'avez énormément déçu, surpris et je ne comprends pas comment il est possible de baisser autant le niveau.
Quand j'ai reçu ma box, sur le coup j'ai même pensé pendant 15 minutes que j'avais reçu une vulgaire contrefaçon étant donné que c'était la première fois que j'achetais sur ce site là. Mais non, j'avais bien entre mes mains un des derniers modèles conçus par votre equipe
De l'everest vous devenez a peine aussi haut qu'une petite colline
Du coup j'ai fait un achat chez la concurrence. Début semaine prochaine je vais recevoir une box Vaporesso gen 200 que je vais découvrir grâce à vous. Ce sera peut être un mal pour un bien!
Réunissez vous, Ressaisissez vous! Il y un problème totalement inacceptable, inadmissible.
Vous n'avez plus le droit à l'erreur!

I input the incorrect shipping address, and with very deft actions by Geekvape, and their emplyees, a new, and correct, shipping label was made, placed on my package, and sent to me. I cannot say how amazing it was for Geekvape to do this for me! While I did catch my error, it was all Geekvape that caught the package and relabeled it before it shipped out. Fantastic work.

Love the product but the turn around time is way too long. It said 1-5 working days to get my order shipped and it’s been way over that. Today makes 8 working days and the order still hasn’t reached the post office.
