My mother-law Doreen wants to say how fantastic Lawrence and Steve (Cannock store) were when they delivered her new recliner chair recently. They were very polite, helpful and efficient and patient showing her how it all worked. Both fantastic. The staff at the shop were great as well in helping her decide on what chair would be best suited to her. Can highly recommend.

I was very impressed with the help and guidance I received at the Northfield branch. The staff who came out to my house were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My only issue was being given time of between 9-1.00 for the staff who were due to come out. The first time I requested to have a call before they turned up but this didn’t happen. The second time for delivery of my scooter I didn’t bother requesting a call. Unfortunately I had to ring the main office as by 12.30 no one had turned up. Andy who turned up was great and explained how my scooter worked. All the dos and don’ts and safety warnings.

I bought an IGlide folding scooter on July 26th 2024. I have had problems with it since September. Last week whilst sat on the scooter, the scooter decided to go on its own and fold up whilst I’m sat on it. It made a massive bruise to my leg and frightened me as I could not do anything with the scooter. The ladies in the shop were very concerned.
I rang Easyliving and was told I would have to pay return carriage at £90.00 plus parts and labour for the scooter being 2 weeks out of warranty but also they knew the issues I was having prior to the warranty expiring. It has cost me £1,500 for a scooter that is useless and that I cannot sell on. The aftercare service does not exist with this company. PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY
EASY LIVING MOBILITY REPLIED SAYING THEY WOULD CONTACT MYSELF AND GET MY SCOOTER SORTED. I HAVE HAD NO REPLY FROM EASY LIVING MOBILITY. I AM STILL HOUSEBOUND AS THE SCOOTER IS UNSAFE AND DAMAGED MY LEG. THIS WAS ON THE 5th OF AUGUST AND TODAY IS THE 12th AUGUST. PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I rang about my mobility scooter running out of battery very quickly they came out the very next day and changed the batteries in my garden it's now running like a dream. The young man who came out was very professional, he was friendly and polite. I would highly recommend going to this company for your electric wheelchairs, and mobility scooters they are very quick and efficient and reliable, in the 2 years that I have been with them I have never had a problem

Paid for delivery for 30/07/2025. Wrong address was given to the courier company so delivery failed,told it would be delivered 31st instead. Then get a message to say they can't do it until the 1st! This is for my mother with terminal cancer, I explained how urgent it was to get this scooter as she's now housebound. Terrible service. Delivery was refunded but still another 2 days so missing appointments!

UPDATE - Received a call today from Alice who was very helpful and as a goodwill gesture I’m being refunded the £65 I paid to have my scooter repaired which I do appreciate. Thank you
Bought a Model M mobility scooter and for the first 11 1/2 months it was fine then stopped working. I contacted customer service and after trying a couple of things I was told it would have to be returned. I would be charged an upfront fee of £45 and the courier the company uses would take 10 days to get it from me to them (Temu delivers quicker from China 🙄) then the time it took them to find the fault, repair it then return it to me would mean being without a scooter for several weeks. They said I could arrange my own courier but they would only cover part of the cost. They also wanted it returned in a box which they would charge me £10 for. If I was physically able to lift and package a mobility scooter then I wouldn’t need one. It just seemed like they were making things as difficult as possible so I wouldn’t bother returning it. I took it to a local dealer who repaired it while I waited and it only cost me £65. I will never purchase anything from this company again and if I could give zero stars I would!
