I don't know what's happened to Cyberweld but it's not the same company that I originally started buying all my welding gear from in 2019. I used to be able to order something and tell by looking at the listing if it was in stock or not and how soon I would have it. Around the same time they updated their website, suddenly everything I order (even the stuff that was traditionally in stock and I would have 2-3 days after ordering) has a longer lead time because they have to order it from the manufacturer and actually receive it first. It irks me, because honestly if I knew that I was going to be waiting two weeks for a new welding hood that I just dropped 500 bucks on I would have bought it from somewhere else.

They are the worst example of an online welding supply company.
Sent me a miller product, damaged, not from freight, but from them sending me a re boxed used, display, repaired unit.
There's plenty of other online shops, use them, not Cyberweld.

Credit card withdrawal on Jan 31, but so far no argon with tank and no tracking number on Feb12, makes me a wee bit nervous.

Cyberweld is the truth!I was a bit skeptical of how easy it was but sure enough my hobart 240 with spool gun showed up at my doorstep a week after ordering.thank you cyberweld for doing exactly as you said you would down the "T".honorable mention goes out to affirm also for financing my dream..next step?finding a shop to rent and open up.if possible could you maybe send some decals and promotional posters to hang up once I open..I am now a proud member of the cyberweld family!

Ordered a black stallion fr hoodie. Came fast, new, in carefully wrapped packing.
I'm 6'1", 275lb. Ordered a 3x, and it fits perfect. Haven't washed it yet so I say if it shrinks, but if it does, I think it'll still be comfortable.

The ordering process went smoothly. However, I needed to return a faulty item and you cannot get through by calling. The line was always busy. I sent an email and a representative called me to get the issue resolved!

Placed order...got order confirmation then nothing for over a week. Requested an update and was told they didn't even have the item I ordered and they should have it in another week?! So it would have taken over three weeks to receive my order? I ordered regulator set on eBay ..a couple bucks more but 2-3 days shipping like it should be. Upon placing the order with cyberweld it should have stayed "out of stock" Don't waste your time here....there are too many dependable honest suppliers out there

I dud not receive everything I ordered. I'm missing a helmet backpack and extra lenses

The first mig wire spool was badly damaged in shipping, so they sent a second, which was also damaged. They had a single layer of bubble wrap around a 10 lb wire spool, and a couple more pieces stuffed inside with it. The right way would be to fill the center outward by wrapping on top of the wire until it extends beyond the spool sides, then wrap around those sideways in the other direction. I won't order from them again.
