The place is set up well- the desk people are accommodating but I will be moving ASAP because the price is not competitive with the market.

All where very nice, warm and professional .

I want to commend you on your employee, Kevin Miller, who was friendly, courteous, helpful and efficient. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. He is truly an asset to your organization. I would recommend The Storage Post to my family and friends based upon my experience and the way that I was treated by Kevin.

Never rent from public storage!!!!!!

Employees hate their job and it shows
Manager refused to fix anything after mutable phone calls

“Extra Storage “ wow. A company that actually wants my business. Clean and professional. What was I thinking.

Theft.

They stole 3 of my motorcycles during “inaccessible hours” and took 45 minutes stealing something braking locks and alarms without nobody supposedly noticing. The staff is 100% on the thieves side as they have nothing to tell me about why did 3 unauthorized people break into a storage which is gated to then brake into the facility which wouldn’t even allow me access at that time.

I got there to find out at 3pm in the afternoon and apparently the staff had no idea even though there there since 10am. Definitely an inside job and storage post will pay.

The customer service in this store is great Sofia helped me with every question even if I repeated some of them , she explained to me the security in this building which was something I was concerned about but she reassured me that my stuff will be safe , the building could use an update but overall great location and great staff I forgot the young man that was there as well he was very helpful and friendly as well. Good job guys it’s very well appreciated

The girl down there i dont remember her name she is soo polite and professional she help me with everything i ask her and provide me security before all, charismatic and with a beautiful sense of humor hope alot of good things happen to her.

The guy at the office was very friendly and readily able and willing to show me a few different storage unit sizes. He took his time to explain how everything works. The place is spic and span. Everything seems very neat and orderly. Only “issue” is no 24 hour access.
