I called on Friday to make the reservation at the Floral Park location. I then called back a little later to confirm the address and the reservation, both of which the person I spoke to confirmed. She then informed me that the elevator wasn’t working in the building that my locker was in and asked if that’d be an issue. I asked if there was a locker of the same size (4’x5’) available on the first floor to which she said there was and the switch could be made when I arrived the next day (as I told her I would).

Saturday came and this is where it went downhill. First off, the worker couldn’t find my reservation initially and about 10 min passed before he finally did (mind you, I’d taken an Uber to get there with my stuff and the meter was running). He then informed me of the elevator issue, to which I explained what I’d been told over the phone the day before about switching lockers. But OF COURSE he’d JUST sold the locker I was supposed to switch into because apparently they hadn’t informed him about any of this. My options then were to either stick to the one I was given on the second floor or go a size up in order to get one on the first floor. As I could barely afford the $60 a month, let alone $70, I had to stick to the second floor. And that’s how my Uber driver and I ended up making several trips up and down the stairs and I ended up spending $80 on an Uber that was supposed to cost about $50 at most.

As for the locker itself, it seemed decent enough and thankfully there was more than enough space for my things (which is why I have the extra star).

The place just seemed disorganized and if I hadn’t been so desperate (was moving out of my dorm and needed to store my stuff that very day) I might have gone elsewhere.

Experience was expeditious and pleasant. The facility is clean and organized. I would easily recommend.

Elena was an amazing help to me and my husband. The first words out of her mouth were "dont worry Ms. Beth, for everyproblem there is a solution." She found a storage space for me and my husband for our new Rv which i had been searching for a long time. TY Elena! You took a lot of stress off of us.

Spoke to the 800-number told me that Broadway was open on Sunday if I would give them a credit card and charge it I would be able to go this Sunday get my gate pass get my locker and move my stuff and they’re not open on Sunday went there to be extremely disappointed

I had such a bad experience at Public Storage (they were going to charge me $75 more than what they quoted me) and then I went to a few others storage companies and finally found Alex Lambertus at the Storage Post in Yonkers. As bad as my first experience was, this was the exact opposite. Alex had a great unit available for about the same price as Public storage and Storage Post is climatized - so much better. I found Alex efficient, knowledgeable, and most helpful. You won't be disappointed with Storage Post.

I just want to express my appreciation for the team at this Storage Post, I have never had a situation or a problem that these guys and ladies could not take care of.
Fred,Rohal and Ricky make it a pleasure to run my business out of here,everyone continuously goes beyond expectations with professionalism and courteous service. I’ve actually witnessed Fred deal with irate customer, no matter how much she yelled at him he remained poised professional and polite, I left before I saw the final outcome but Fred was cool as a cucumber.
And I don’t want to forget the night security guy ( sorry I forgot his name ) always friendly and helpful.I just want to say thank you, to ALL of you for everything that you do. The Set Up New York appreciates you!

Fast costumer service

In my admition, Gloria Ramirez and a young man who I don't remember his name were very helpful, but on my second day when I was trying to access the storage the pin didn't work and Gloria was very helpful. The storage is accessible and is secured I'm happy but the part about the pin they need to work on itm

Staff are great patient and very hands on to show what in tails to store. Very good people

Managing staff is very helpful and cordial. The site's grounds and hallways are kept clean & uncluttered.
Hope that all units be provided with adequate surrounding lighting, including my unit: D117. I also wish for all areas within the building be made climate controlled in the very near future.

As a first time user, I find that the office person exhibited excellent knowledge about the system, security, hours, loading carts, etc. My processing time was short and efficient. I rate the Storage Post with 5 stars without doubt. I'll be happy to recommend your service to others.

Fred was on top of everything. Laid out all my options and got me into the unit I wanted right away. Very very helpful. Even had a solid pizza recommendation nearby. Almost makes me wish I had a reason to come here more often.

I must say that one guy at the 3325 Atlantic ave Storage Post Abraham Sosa has demonstrated a high proficient repor due to his diligent work ethics! He know before I do what my needs are! Absolutely refreshing in a world of inept people!
