You failed because you cancelled my order as my credit card is not based in the US. I buy items all the time from other US based companies with the same card, you are the only company that does not accept it.

I am sorry that we do not accept Credit Card Payment from Non-US Customers because of security reasons. Non-US Customers are allowed to place their Order using PayPal only. We do this to avoid any risk of Fraudulant Activities and to ensure Customer's Credit Card Data Security. If you place your Order using PayPal we will definitely process that.

Part showed in stock when I ordered. Delay in communication. They called after 24 hours to verify order. That delay caused parts to be out of stock by time they got around to processing. Was no need to verify. They had a valid order, with a valid email and a valid credit card. If they'd processed promptly, I'd have received the parts.

I am sorry to hear this from you. But "HPE 96Watt Smart Storage Battery" can not be shipped using Air Shipment. Because the batteries may get damaged. Batteries can only be shipped using Ground Shipment. You can verify this Statement with HPE itself.

Our order was cancelled without…
Our order was cancelled without notifying us. It was cancelled because you said you couldn't verity the credit card but you had a positive authorization, we called 5 times to speak to someone an could never get anyone. Asked person in chat to have someone call us back twice and left a voicemail the one time we had an option. I appreciate you trying to protect our credit card but if you are going to require speaking with someone to authorize then you need to have someone available to speak with.

We requires Authenticity Verification once for any New Customers to fight Credit Card Fraud. If any customer use PayPal, it does not require any Authenticity Verification. Because your Order was placed using Credit Card and this one was your first Order with us, that is why our Order Processing Manager called you several times. But no one picked up the call and he was unable to verify it's Authenticity. So, we cancelled the order and VOID Payment. I am sorry and do apologize for this inconvenience.

Bait and switch at its finest
Item was listed on Facebook for sale, but was canceled after order was placed. I was directed to the website where they had the item marked up several times the advertised price. Textbook bait and switch. I got my money back but I’ll never order from here again.

We do not sell on Facebook. It was listed there because of some system error. We never setup our Facebook Store. It may happen because of BigCommerce Settings. That is why we do not even know how to collect payment or how to manager orders from Facebook. That is why we were forced to cancel the Order.
