Great place for storage!!!!

LOOK NO FURTHER! In short, the new management at this facility is doing an incredible job- you will be met with fair prices, great customer service, and convenient access to what you need.
The long of it- I feel like storage facilities/U-Haul rentals can feel a bit like having your car worked on- you feel like you need to read all the fine print or you might get ripped off...BUT NOT HERE. We signed our storage unit contract and then the very next week the facility changed ownership, which meant they changed management- and let me tell you, this manager, Brandon, is looking to build a reputation in a community he now calls his own. He is courteous, understanding, and a pleasure to work with. He gives it to you straight, and from the multiple interactions and rentals we've done through him, you can trust that he will do his best to help you walk away as a satisfied customer. I HIGHLY recommend Storage King as a storage unit facility, and as a U-Haul rental facility.

Started out as a customer under old management ( 2017) a true delight to work with. Every Month there is new change. Company does not answer calls or return email messages. Have been locked out of online access repeatedly gate codes erased, poor customer service each month and I will be moving on soon. This is what happens when a local business is bought by out of towners who don't understand local business.

I have rented space at this facility since 2012. The rates have become extremely expensive and will cause me to seek alternative space.

Terrible experience; we definitely don’t recommend them!! New ownership / management didn’t retain any of our info from past many years and other numerous management/ ownership turnovers. Required insurance that we were unaware of (on TWO units); that we did not authorize and most importantly did not need as our Allstate policies sufficiently cover off premises possessions. New management has refused to refund these erroneous charges; salt in the wound given how exorbitantly their rates have increased. We’re definitely exploring other local storage options after being treated so badly, haven been loyal customers of this location for so very long.

The manager I think her name is Angela she was so helpful and Made everything go smooth!!
She's so awesome! The owner of the company should really be proud of her!!
I'm going to tell my family and all my friends if they need to rent a storage warehouse to call Angela!! Thanks so much Angela!!

Angela is awesome her customer service skills were fantastic!!!! Such a nice person. One of a kind for sure. Answered all my questions, helped with my storage needs, and showed me what size my unit would be with no problems. I sent some referrals to her with no hesitation.

My problem is not with the facilities, rather it’s with their billing. Storage King had purchased the storage facility I’ve had my things stored in for about 25 years. All of a sudden I was getting billed substantial penalties through notices sent to me. I called their office, and was told that my rental agreement was updated to include new penalties. I replied that I was never notified about a new agreement. They responded that they had tried everything to to contact me and let me know. I told them I was getting their penalty notices just fine, but not even an indication that my rental agreement was modified. They vehemently disagreed and claimed that they they could not contact me by any method. I hung up with them, and then quickly received a text asking me to fill out a Trustpilot review.
No issue there!
It’s obvious that they can contact me easily, but continue to claim they can’t.
They wanted a review.

This the cleanest storage unit on the planet. And Angela is so easy to work with and very accomodating.

Great customer service. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Unit was dirty with leaves and sand and dirt. Also the door gets stuck open due to a metal strip getting caught on the door latch. Opening and closing the door is not as easy as lifting it up. You have to battle the metal hitting every part of the door.

I am very impress with the customer service provided by Storage King, they are honest, kind and respectful, I appreciate this Company.

Chaos! CONFUSION! Lies! Ever since they took over from Prestige Storage in Titusville Fl., It has been terrible! (i miss the past ownership & manager-it was an independent business) The new manager on site has been pressuring me to sign a lease she claims is WORD FOR WORD the same lease that was in place when I originally signed, (it is not) Then, she either flat out lied to me several times and cannot remember her own B.S. or is totally INCOMPETENT!!! First, over a rental truck situation-totally lied & was clearly overwhelmed for her position, then on the pricing for my storage unit, then on the due date for my storage unit. Hey, a trifecta!
It is obvious what is going to happen, They want our signatures on their shrouded & carefully worded lease that allows them to raise our rents incrementally at their predetermined intervals without much notice! That is what these unsympathetic, CORPORATIONS do! I hate when corporations take over small business! We are NOTHING to them! ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS THEIR BOTTOM LINE!!!!

Only one issue, I wish they would have told me about the proof of insurance earlier... I could have brought it with me

Very friendly- easy to work with & timely. I called from out of town & she had a unit waiting on me when I arrived. Prices were great.

The team was nice in Fort Lauderdale and helpful considering I showed up in the middle of a pandemic with my move and had a flight to catch in short order!
