Dealing with the female representatives of Storage King is an absolute pleasure and they are exceptional with knowledge and helpfulness. The gentlemen who I spoke to on my first visit was intrusive and didnt seem to listen to my questions in the first instance. The premises is clean, accessible and feels safe. We went to visit four storage facilities - the courtesy van was what sealed it for us.

It is such a pleasure to come across a company that has facilitated my storage needs with so much ease. The website, customer service, communication, competitive rates and the facility itself (which is so clean) are exceptional. Special extra of a big van on loan for the move-in day was a big help. I’ve been given guidance and advice every step from booking to loading.

I had an issue with my locks and the team went absolutely beyond their scope to help me free my belongings from the dodgy lock.

I'm moving house at the moment - Storage King has provided all the space I need for storage - and I've had friendly and helpful advice from the staff ... all good ...

Access to the site is easy, fairly wide corridors to walk furniture down, communication and instructions were excellent. BYO padlocks but they sell them at the site. Recommended.

The girl at the front desk was not friendly. When i asked for a cooy of the contrat she said “you dont need it i have it on my end”
I said “thats good but I’d like a cooy please”
She said “you dont need it”
I said “its very normal for a customer to receive a copy of the contract of service provided, please send it to me.”
This went back amd forth for 5minutes.
She then finally emailed it to me and i said thank you and she said nothing. She was quite rude.

I saw her agin on the day i moved in. I was very friendly and she was again quite rude.

Not worth the whopping 290 a month when they only give you access till 9pm I would NEVER of chosen this storage place with ridiculously limited times especially if working during the day it’s just bizarre and a waste of money.

The units are decent sized but you pay so much for them and seeing as the access times at like 6am maybe 7am till 9pm you basically can’t access it if you hold a full time job: pretty bad service if you ask me

Wish you could give one star feel duped I also updated my Mobile and email and they didn’t update my details end slapped me with massive late charges hun they didn’t send me the invoices to the proper email addresses. I paid a month in advance and 15 days later they went the next month in wrvwnfr just thing it’s a rip because being one month behind they meeewge that I’ll loose my possessions when I’d given direct debit to use with the account and the card worked fine so I just think it’s a disorderly and service that doesn’t give you anywhere near or close to the value your paying for. An extra 30 a month I’m slapped with cause it’s the ground level floor for the unit size and they offer huge discounts on google ads then say they don’t end to send it to them they then refuse to adhere to it

GO AND SPEND ELSEWHERE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE CASH AND ACTUALLY HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR ITEMS AT REASONABLE TIMES AS THIS COMPANYS ACCESS PERIODS ARE JUST PATHETIC!!!
You’ll regret spending MONEY here go ELSEWHERE

Also was promised a move in van and then told they were not available to me.

I still believe that there must be something that can be done about them advertising thought Google which are PAID advertisements about 75 percent off the first month then 50 the second month back in September and still to be able to list say no we don’t do that. Is wrong.

Same as not disclosing the time restrictions when I asked about them, and was told it was available till 9 with someone in the office then we had access anytime via keypad but that’s not true it’s like 5ish for office workers there and self access to 9

Half considering taking to consumer affairs for false advertising as it’s still saying 1 month free

Wasn't expecting much from a storage facility.
When my partner & I visited for the first time we were in awe. Amazing facility, clean & wonderful staff.
10/10 experience & definitely exceeded my expectations

The service provided from placing my order to waving the truck goodbye after unloading was first class.
Very helpful from start to finish.
Rates vey competitive too
